The Company was informed on 26 July 2004 that, Artemis Investment Management
Limited and certain of its subsidiary companies have a notifiable interest in
1,869,418 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. These
Ordinary Shares represent 5.72 per cent. of the Issued Ordinary share capital.
The beneficial owner of the above interest is Artemis Special Situations Fund.
