CAM announces that on 10 February 2009 it granted 9,393,472 options to subscribe 
for ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company which were 
granted under the Company's Share Incentive Scheme 2007 (the "Scheme") to Chief 
Executive Officer, Simon Banks-Cooper.  The options are exercisable, subject to 
the terms of the Scheme, at a subscription price of 1p per ordinary share at any 
time during the period between 10 February 2009 and 9 February 2019.
