Hungarian Export-Import Bank Private Limited Company (registered office: H-1065 Budapest, Nagymező u. 46-48., company registration number: Cg.01-10-042594, registered by the Commercial Court of the Metropolitan Court of Budapest, hereinafter referred to as "the Issuer") informs the capital market actors that the holder of ownership rights over the Issuer, by its founder's resolution, has appointed Mr. János Eppel as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer for a fixed term of five years from 14 August 2024.
