    Additional and Block Listing

    Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for an Additional Listing of 6,736 common shares of
1 penny each allotted under the 2003 Performance Incentive Plan, and the admission of a Block Listing of 7,550,000 common shares of 1 penny
each to the Official List for these securities to be admitted to trading. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued common
shares of the Company.

    The Block Listing is pursuant to potential issuance under the following scheme:-

    7,550,000 common shares under the 2003 Performance Incentive Plan
