NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the above Notes that the Issuer has agreed terms of a new financing, which is expected to close on 30 March 2016. The new financing has been sourced from the US private placement market and will comprise the following:

GBP76 million senior unsecured notes due 2041; (the "New Note")

This transaction has allowed the Issuer to further diversify the maturity profile of their borrowings and reflects the Issuer's commitment to the long term sustainability of operations supported by a sound capital structure.
