                                  Notice of AGM 
ACP Mezzanine Limited (the "Company": AIM: ACPM) will be holding its Annual 
General Meeting at 11:00am on 22nd July 2010 at 22-24 Seale Street, St Helier, 
Jersey, JE2 3QG. 
The Directors recommend that you vote in favour of the resolution to be proposed 
at the Annual General Meeting. 
The Notice and Form of Proxy is being dispatched to shareholders today by post. 
The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 were 
distributed to shareholders on 30 June 2010.
