The mission of Arcona Property Fund is to provide both institutional and private investors with a transparent, liquid and diversified real estate fund focused on the Central European region. The Fund aims to deliver both capital preservation and a high dividend yield. The Fund dividend policy is aimed at distributing approximately 35% of the annual operating profit as dividend. This annual distribution may be replaced or supplemented by specific share buyback programs, as approved by the shareholders at a General Meeting of Shareholders.
