Cayman Island REIT Project

The Company's joint venture with QUIC Builds has brought the Company expertise and experience to a new market, offering luxury living options in one of the world's most sought-after destinations1. This project adds multiple revenue streams for the Company including home sales and long and short-term rental options. Construction of the first two luxury mini homes, previously announced in the November 8, 2022 press release, is progressing despite supply chain delays. In an effort to expedite construction of future homes, QUIC Builds has established a factory in the Cayman Islands dedicated to producing their patented block and panels. These properties are situated on Oasis Land Development Limited's Flagship development, Signature One. Signature One boasts two man-made lakes, picturesque ocean and garden views, prime lakeside land lots, and a host of on-site amenities.

The Company has also decided to list the first two properties for sale and is retaining Williams2 Real Estate Agency in the Cayman Islands. According to the agent, Signature One's development has seen no decrease in demand. The Company's fully developed properties are expected to sell for around $550,000 USD this year. However, with the addition of the club house, pool and gated community that will be in development later this year in Signature One, the properties could potentially fetch up to $850,000 USD in the next two years. Both houses are expected to be listed for pre-sale by early April.

California Health and Wellness Project

The Company has also decided to downsize its cultivation effort and focus on processing and manufacturing through its California subsidiary, Golden State Green World LLP ("GSGW"). By doing this, the Company can streamline its operation and enhance its product line by incorporating the herbal supplement and essential oil project from China. This move will allow the Company to increase efficiency and create a more sustainable business model that is better suited for the current market demands.

GSGW is currently cultivating the strain Matterhorn. Matterhorn is rich in cannabigerol (CBG) and is known for its consistency while maintaining THC compliance. GSGW is scheduling for a late spring harvest for Matterhorn. In addition, the Company has recently delivered sample disposable vapes to the online retailer mentioned in the Company's previous press release on January 3, 2023. Upon approval of these samples, the Company expects to sign a manufacturing agreement to secure the manufacturing of their disposable vape line and deliver minimum 1,000 disposable vapes per month.

CBG Hemp Cigarette

The Company has completed and approved the packaging artwork with its joint venture partner, Hempacco Co. Inc. ("Hempacco"). The artwork will now be sent through Hempacco's printing and packaging process to produce Phoenix Crave Gold and Phoenix Crave Gold Grape Flavor cigarette boxes. The initial batch will produce commercial ready sample packs to be sent to the Company's distribution networks, partners and dispensaries. The two retail ready, 20-packs of CBG Hemp Cigarettes will also debut through the Phoenix Crave e-commerce platform that is currently in development.

CBG Pre-Rolls

The Company has also been packaging its own CBG Hemp Pre-rolls for purchase through its own sales network. Maple Leaf Green World Inc. The latest lab results show 16.68% CBG and 0.11% THC. While the Company is extremely pleased with the results, it remains optimistic of achieving 18-20% CBG. As a part of the Company's marketing strategy, new branding for its subsidiary, Golden State Green World, has been designed. The new branding will replace its previous logo and will be used on its website, 3.5 grams Jars, and hemp cigarette; which are currently in production and are scheduled to be ready in 2-3 weeks.

The sales team has started its marketing campaign by contacting various labs, extraction plants and local dispensaries. These efforts have achieved an initial success in obtaining verbal agreements for long-term partnerships with members of First Nations and a few dispensaries. A board member from the American Indian Chamber of Commerce will tour the site next week. Additional information will be available once formal partnership agreements have been finalized.

The Company will finish harvesting its 1 crop within the next 2 weeks. All five (5) greenhouses have also been upgraded to be fully automated and winterized. Maple Leaf Green World Inc. ("Maple Leaf" or the "Company") (NEO: MGW, OTCQB: MGWFF) is pleased to announce that it has been granted California Department of Food & Agriculture ("CDFA") approval for THC testing. THC testing is mandated by the state of California to ensure the crop being harvested does not exceed the legal limit of 0.3% THC. A component of the pre-harvest THC testing involves random samples from any of the Company's five (5) greenhouses or outdoor grow to be taken by the agricultural commissioner for lab testing. A THC test result exceeding the 0.3% limit would result in an immediate implementation of a corrective action plan which would cause significant delays in harvesting. The Company is pleased to report that the CDFA lab report tested at less than 0.3% THC. With the CDFA approval, the Company can officially sell its La Creme Hemp Products.

Harvest Update

The company is continuing to harvest and cure its La Creme. The COA sampling collected on Oct 2, 2020 still indicates a pure CBG flower with the CBG concentration increasing to 15.44% from the previous COA at 13.90%. Maple Leaf Green World Inc. The Company has five (5) greenhouses plus outdoor space growing La Creme at full capacity. Harvesting has started this week with greenhouse #5 and then the outdoor space. Greenhouse #3 and #4 will begin shortly after then followed by greenhouse #1 and #2.

With the 1 harvest underway, the Company has begun germinating approximately 3,700 La Creme seeds in preparation for its 2 crop. The cultivation team has also started installing custom irrigation, venting, heating and cooling systems to automate each greenhouse. These improvements, along with their cultivation methodologies, are able to control and optimize yields. With these strategies in place, the Company believes it can complete another harvest with better yield by the end of this year.

Since the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill, there has been an increase in CBD Hemp products in the market. CBG, however, is the pre-cursor to all other cannabinoids. It is the first cannabinoid to be present in the cannabis plant and will convert to CBD, THC or other cannabinoids as the plant matures. CBG and CBD share similar non-psychoactive traits but the main difference is that CBG exhibits its therapeutic effectiveness through direct binding to the endocannabinoid system. Maple Leaf Green World Inc. ("Maple Leaf" or the "Company") (NEO: MGW, OTCQB: MGWFF) is pleased to provide the following update for its California CBG Hemp Project. A sample from a selective batch of La Creme from the first 2 greenhouses which is 2 - 4 weeks from full maturity, has been submitted for lab analysis and the results indicate an incredible 13.90% CBG, 0.07% THC and no other cannabinoids detected. It is noteworthy that most samples would present traces of other cannabinoids as enzymes break down CBGa to produce other cannabinoids. The lack of these other cannabinoids indicates a pure CBG flower.

The plants have been kept longer in the vegetative stage deliberately to develop larger buds and higher poundage. The low THC nature of the La Creme strain has allowed the Company to make adjustments during the vegetative phase to maximize both CBG concentration and yield. These plants will be ready for harvesting within the next 2 - 4 weeks.

The outdoor crop is also displaying numerous large buds and is estimated to produce 2 - 3 lbs of flower per plant. The Company's cultivation team is excited with the early results and is confident that the flowers, when fully mature, will achieve a minimum of 18% CBG. As the Company prepares for its first harvest, clones have also been cut and setup for the 2 harvest.
