What class action lawsuit

Hello All
First time posting on this Board. Can anyone shed light on the status of the Class Action Lawsuit settlement?
Thanks.

Now that the court case has been thrown own out , maybe things will start to move with Huge. This case has hung over their heads for a while now.

TORONTOFSD Pharma Inc. (NASDAQ: HUGE) (CSE: HUGE) (FRE: 0K9A) ("FSD Pharma" or the "Company"), a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to building a portfolio of innovative assets and biotech solutions to address ailments affecting millions worldwide, today announced that on September 27, 2022 it received a written notification (the "Notification Letter") from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") that the Company is not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq's rules for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The Notification Letter is only a notification of deficiency and not a notice of delisting. As such, the Notification Letter has no effect on the listing or trading of the Company's Class B Subordinate Voting Shares on the Nasdaq.
Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) requires securities listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market to maintain a minimum bid price of US$1.00 per share, and Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A) provides that a failure to meet the minimum bid price requirement exists if the deficiency continues for a period of 30 consecutive business days. Based on the closing bid price of the Company's Class B Subordinate Voting Shares for the 30 consecutive business days from August 15, 2022 to September 26, 2022, the Company has not met the minimum bid price requirement.

FSD Pharma (NASDAQ:HUGE) announces the termination of employment of its chief executive officer Raza Bokhari for cause, following an investigation by an international law firm.
Following the completion of its investigation, the Special Committee made a recommendation to the board of directors and the board unanimously determined to terminate Bokhari’s employment, the company said.
Few of the reasons for Bokhari’s termination are misconduct including breaching court orders, the improper issuance of shares, and attempts to misappropriate company funds in breach of his employment obligations.
The company also said that it had appointed Anthony Durkacz as interim chief executive officer and reinstated Zeeshan Saeed as its president.
FSD Pharma had filed a criminal complaint with the Financial Crimes Unit of Toronto Police against its former CFO Donal Carroll in relation to his alleged interference in the company’s banking relationships, in May.

I made a ton off this company when they started. I got out before the last split but left some in and got hammered. I believed at the beginning but it started getting sketchy when they started handing out millions in shares. I don’t trust anything they say at this point. This is a borderline ponzi in my eyes.

The story is in the promoters and Board. Anthony Durkatz works for First Republic Financial. He is co-CEO or something similar. Promotion comes from Fabrice Taylor, a talking head on BNN and primarily a promoter. Cheap shares to insiders, promotion from a supposedly independent promoter. Basically, never touch this company.

This company is off to a dismal start on NASDAQ
The price action has been horrible over the past year on the CSE-down 95%
The reverse split was 201;1 and decimated the stock
The price decline matches the financials with millions in losses on the submitted documents

This is pure speculation, based on the Pharma end as the grow space is minute -25k

They aren’t even in testing yet, and will need plenty of cash

Soooooo, how is this working out for you? Just had to look at the leadership of the company and their backgrounds to know to avoid this company.

All weed stocks are in a awkward place technically, with resistances above, way above current prices. The charts suggest a sideways holding period with pullbacks. HUGE up 700 % since my alert on this stock. I did put out a “trim some fat” call. Riding free with A ton of profit locked in so the rest is gravy. Chart analysis at open.

Any news on their sales license. Another thing. People were looking at a lot of support to marijuana company’s for recreational marijuana. It’s good to see FSD Pharma looking at other avenues. Up,up and away ??
