Mr. Bean, who will sit as an independent Director, has financial management, capital markets and corporate governance experience in the medical cannabis industries. He is a CPA (BC), CA.



Mr. Bean was the CFO of Aurora Cannabis Inc. (TSX:ACB), a licensed producer of medical cannabis, during its first two years as a public company, when it obtained its licence to grow, became licence to sell, and then received customer revenue.



Mr. Bean has served on the boards of Prescient Mining Corp., which became Aurora Cannabis Inc.; General Fusion Inc.; SyncWave Energy Inc.; TAP Ventures, Inc.; RSI International, BC Technologies Industry Association; Accenture's CSTaR (Center for Strategic Technology Research); and Bobolink Daycare Society for Deaf Children."

Vodis USA Completes Phase Two Inspection

Vodis Pharmaceuticals (CSE:VP,FSE:1JV) announced that its tenant, Our Church International, reported that the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board completed their inspection of the Phase Two expansion of the Washington State facility in Bellingham. No deficiencies have been reported.

As quoted in the press release:


The inspection took place on January 20, 2017. The WSLCB inspector has reviewed compliance to state regulation on all of the aspects of the expansion at the facility including the change of planned operational upgrades. The tenant anticipates the issuance of an amendment to its Cannabis Production and Processing License to confirm that the expansion of the facility meets all current regulatory requirements within the next ten business days. Production is expected to commence immediately after.

I wish i could figure out what these guys are up to.

SP is the equivalent to 0.115 before the RS.

I have a feeling that these guys are not going to make it any time soon or at all

any clues about final inspection? coudnt go much longer..

VDQSF if their weed is as good as they say it is, this issue will soar higher than a kite. Of course I plunked down $42 and bought 500 @ .085 when it first traded.

The financials announced a 1 for 4 reverse, so I will soon have 125 shares. Gonna wait and watch the flowers grow on this one. I like the move into WA. Speculative? Hell yeah!

Prediction - $3 per share by December 2017. Uplist 2018.

I decided to take a bit of risk on these guys and put a small investment in at .12 cents. All they seem to need is Canada's government review and an ok to grow, I would think a few months later I should see growth. This sector seems to be getting hot!!

Latest update on Vodis MMPR license

The Issuer intends to produce and distribute cannabis product in the
greater Vancouver area of British Columbia, and is currently awaiting a date for inspection from Health Canada to become a Licensed Producer
under the new Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulation.
There were no further developments. The Issuer is waiting for a final
inspection from Health Canada. Vodis has advised Health Canada that
the facility is ready for an inspection, and to date, have not received an
answer as to when an inspection would arrive.
