It is also involved in design, supply, assembly, and commissioning of electrical stations, MV substations, and other electrical infrastructures; construction of turnkey user substations and RTN network sorting stations; assembly, installation, and commissioning of HVDC converter stations; full BOP of wind turbines; and engineering, procurement and construction, as well as full BOP of photovoltaic systems. In addition, the company offers remote monitoring and plant dispatching orders management; electricity dispatching services; maintenance of electrical infrastructures and photovoltaic systems; and preventive maintenance, and predictive and corrective maintenance services. The company was formerly known as Industria e Innovazione S.p.A. and changed its name to PLC S.p.A. in July 2018. PLC S.p.A. was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Acerra, Italy.
