The Board of DCI have received notification on 29 August 2023 that Mr Sean Hurst, Independent Non-Executive Chairman, had purchased 175,000 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 4.50 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Hurst has a beneficial interest in 475,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
