Would this new legislation help the Medterra+SBEV merger go through? Or would it not be necessary because Medterra only handles hemp that is already federally legal? I'm still not 100% clear on which companies are allowed to trade on the big boards and which are not...

The CBD/Hemp/Cannabis/Cannabinoid industry has been asking for FDA regulations for many years. Whether this FDA notice is for Medicare+CBD or for the industry as a whole, I don't know. We'll find out soon.
