Delisted and looking like BK may be in the cards. Accounting has been known to be a problem for years. I question whether or not they can continue as a viable business. I feel bad for bag holders. HAWK

They got sued because they made a major accounting error. I recovered my paperwork a month ago.

CPI Aerostructures Receives $14 Million in New Purchase Orders From Boeing Under A-10 Re-Winging Contract

EDGEWOOD, N.Y., May 28, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CPI Aerostructures, Inc. (“CPI Aero®”) (NYSE American: CVU) announced today the receipt of purchase orders totaling approximately $14 million from Boeing (BA) for structural assemblies for the A-10 Thunderbolt II under a previously announced Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a maximum ceiling value of $48 million. Under the terms of the IDIQ, CPI Aero will manufacture major structural subassemblies of the A-10 aircraft’s wing. Including these new orders, CPI Aero has now received approximately $20 million in funding from Boeing for the production of A-10 re-wing structural assemblies and associated program start-up costs. First delivery is expected to be in late 2020 and the period of performance under current funding is expected to extend into 2022.

On August 21, 2019, Boeing announced an award from the United States Air Force (USAF) with a maximum contract value of $999 million to manage the production of up to 112 new wing sets and spares kits for A-10 aircraft.

Raytheon Awards $2.3 Million Purchase Order to CPI Aerostructures to Produce Pod Prototypes

CPI Aerostructures, Inc. (“CPI Aero®”) or (the “Company”) (NYSE American: CVU) announced today that Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN) selected it to produce pod structures. As part of its selection, the Company was awarded firm orders totaling approximately $2.3 million to provide manufacturing engineering services, develop assembly tooling and produce prototypes for delivery in 2020.

CVU stock has fallen, and now last evening's release may either see PPS fall deeper or revitalize it as it seems, the previous deal with AIRI is now back on??? I urge others to read release out RE: NY State Supreme Court...

I've been watching their stock and message boards to this affect too...

Someone should be nervous at CVU. Hearing is set for October. AIRI will have complied with all requests. Rumor on the street is CVU has cash flow problems. TWT, but it looks like their lawsuit is going no where. HAWK

What about this lawsuit threat from 2 weeks ago against AIRI??? All's quiet on Western front all of a sudden...??? Is the SEC filing AIRI did a week ago making someone inside CVU nervous???

Something WRONG internal IMHO at CVU held from public squelching on the AIRI deal. AIRI gave even an extension and yet CVU not closed agreed deal. Maybe financial figures CVU been reporting to SEC and public are cooked books even, who knows??

But AIRI has over $100M in signed forward federal contracts and more and this deal CVU agreed to do is not done. Maybe new, better buyer coming forward with AIRI now that CVU out of this deal??...

All I know is CVU shareholders' need to question their BOD/Execs over this matter, as they are the ones getting hurt along with falling stock pricing there...

SEC filings from AIRI show you want to buy this, yet news story today says you blaming AIRI for pulling out, yet AIRI says they NEVER made any such statement. Truth will always come out and it will be monumental affect on someone's stock price good or bad here...
