Steal, GEVI 8th--S1 became EFFECTIVE...so now assume need FINRA RS approval and then up list? How ?, no clue as they don't meet ALL the NYSE requirements even with a split.

Well company has filed another S1/A, so the information is all there, NOW , how do they uplist after a R/S ? Company itself doesnt meet nearly enough of the NYSE criteria, so maybe a reverse merger coming?
My BTCH with this company steams from the so called "inventor" here as Steve Conboy hasn't invented anything, he has copied/stole IPs from others...FACT. He is a master at manipulation and master at marketing. The fellas that gave him big money for his "knockoff product" now hold this bag...Steve has done it yet again. have to give the guy credit, he is a natural conman.

So as for GEVI, itself, they base everything off their patents and EPA Safer label crap, SOON, be all about sales instead of smoke.
As for Steal, he hasn't ever backed up anything, he obviously gets fed some inside info and makes it sound like he is ahead of curve.

There are no shorts of an OTC stock.That is just a blind excuse to blame a falling stock price due to impatient investors or dilution.If you would understand the margin requirements to short an OTC stock, the risks and the extremely high margin equity your account would need to have would not make the risk worthwhile. And that is just for the select few OTC stocks that can be actually shorted. Most brokerages do not even allow it.
