("NUBURU" or the "Company") (NYSE American: BURU), a leading innovator in high-power and high-brightness industrial blue laser technology, today announced it was provided notice by NYSE American Market (the "Exchange") that it has successfully resolved the deficiencies identified by the Exchange on November 18, 2024 (relating to Nuburu having an insufficient number of independent directors), and Nuburu is now compliant with NYSE American Market’s continued listing standards.
