Looks like lawsuit was settled on Monday. Esousa will get:
= $50K within first 5 days
= $100K within 5 days of $BURU receiving future capital infusion via debt, equity, or other.

Apparently, they cannot borrow $50,000 to pay Esousa. What a F*cking asshole.

He is probably and ILLEGALLY shorting the stock to get a debt in exchange for shares, but god knows what will the conversion rate be in 5 days... $0.05 ? $0.10? $0.20?
