participating in three significant events during the second quarter
of 2004 to showcase the Company's products and outline strategy for

Plug Power and European partner Vaillant are exhibiting at the
Hannover Fair in Hannover, Germany. Two systems are on display:
Plug Power's GenCore(R)5T, the Company's 5-kilowatt fuel cell
system, designed to provide extended run backup power for the
telecommunications industry in the demanding outside plant market;
and Euro 2 which is a Plug Power fuel cell sub-system designed to
be integrated into Vaillant's Fuel Cell Heating Appliance,
currently installed throughout Europe. The Hannover Fair is the
largest engineering, automation and industrial systems trade show

Director of Hydrogen Infrastructure and U.S. Fuel Cell Council
President, will deliver a speech on hydrogen production titled "New
Technology in On-Site Hydrogen Generation" at the National Hydrogen
