Navistar International Corp. (NAV) said interim Chief Financial
Officer A.J. Cederoth will continue handling the day-to-day
financial and accounting responsibilities of the engine
manufacturer following the death of Terry Endsley.
Endsley, who died Tuesday of cancer at the age of 53, had served
as financial chief and on the company's board since June 2008. He
joined Navistar in 1977 and served in a variety of finance
positions. Chief Executive Daniel Ustian said his work was key in
maintaining liquidity and managing banking relationships.
Cederoth, 44, had been vice president of finance for Navistar's
engine group before stepping in for Endsley at the beginning of the
year. He joined the company in 1990 and also previously served as
vice president of Navistar's finance unit.
