Looks like this is yet another Chinese held piece of junk that they stopped filing and is going to be delisted to the expert market.

Delinquent on filing, no 'notice of late' filing. Wonder if this one is going the same way as most other China OTC stocks?

Hoping something good comes in here... but really who knows. Its just a shell (probably one of many) owned by a Chinese holding company.
The fact that its China doesn't bode well for RM.

ZMMH is on the list of OTC stocks that will no longer be eligible for proprietary public quotes after March 28th

Why? Nothing it happening. Same or different ticker, its still an empty shell with zero prospects. And with the rule change, its going to be for unsolicited quotes only soon which is one step above the expert market deathknell.

Amendments to Rule 15c2-11 Regarding Shells: Effective March 28th
The Rule also provides an 18-month transition period for any company that was identified as a shell on the effective date. The 18-month transition period for shell companies to maintain a public market after the implementation of the Amended Rule 15c2-11 is expiring on March 28, 2023. Any company that was a shell on September 28, 2021 will become ineligible for broker-dealer proprietary quotes after March 28, 2023 if it is still a shell on that date.

Change of control doesn't mean anything if we continue to have zero news. The only thing this shell has going for is it they keep filing the required paperwork to keep it current.
