Liquid Media (NASDAQ:YVR) intends to effect a reverse stock split of its common shares at a ratio of 1-for-4, the company said Friday.

The reverse stock split will become effective at 4:05 p.m., New York time, on August 4, 2023.

The common shares will begin trading on a post-split adjusted basis when the market opens on Monday, August 7, 2023.
