Newport Beach, California; 14 June 2018 (OTC Markets Press Release) -- ZhongKe Holdings Company (OTC:ZKCC) (the “Company”), a holding company intending to acquire cash-flow positive companies based in the People’s Republic of China, today announced that effective 12 April 2018 the Company changed its name from iVoiceIdeas, Inc. to ZhongKe Holdings Company. The name change accurately reflects the Company’s primary line of business. In addition to the name change, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has approved “ZKCC” as the Company’s new ticker symbol.

The name and symbol change follows the purchase of 99% of the Company’s issued and outstanding shares of stock. In conjunction with that acquisition, a new Board of Directors was elected, which in turn elected new officers. The new directors were designated by the new controlling shareholders of the Company. The Company will now focus on its business strategy of acquiring cash-flow positive companies based in the People’s Republic of China.

Chongqing Zhongke with Huang Yifeng at the helm has investment/ownership in over 22 Chinese companies with a registered capital of $185,000,000 USD.

If Hua Huang were to take over the Chongqing Zhongke entity it would be required to report the ownership change to the publicity system within 20 days (MAX) of occurrence.

So takeover possible agree.

Then we have Hua Huang's other supposed Chinese company with confirmed ownership of another Zhongke entity.
