WGEE and BMXI both have the same address in LA. This comes straight off both their OTC Markets page

Elysium Investment Holdings Pty. Ltd who’s director/beneficiary is Nils Ollquist

These people held same positions in WGEE and that was total scam. Both getting gold from volcanic ore and leech pads in same locations.

Nils Ollquist was the same guy who did the BNRE scam which turned into WGEE which turned into Consolidated Gold Holdings.

Both companies also have same legal counsel.

These are by far way too many coincidences in my book. BRNE and WGEE both run by the exact same people with the exact same legal council as BMXI.

This leads me to believe it’s all a scam. Read last financial from WGEE and BMXI. You will find the info is almost identical with the exception of some newer info on BMXI.

Not to mention both WGEE and BMXI both get gold from Talawaan.

The Company recently extended a preliminary agreement to acquire a controlling interest in an existing deep shaft mining operation in the Northern Philippines. This facility has been developed to a high standard with a 250m main shaft and lift, four horizontal shafts, processing facilities, including ball mills, floatation and separation tanks, office, on site lab facilities and worker accommodation. JORC compliant feasibility on this property shows remaining inferred resource of approximately 30,000kg and total investment for a 51% interest will be approximately $7.5 million.

WGEE was a total scam. These are exactly the same. Tell me how that is possible. How is it possible that both companies have the exact same values, percentages, KG’s and approximate value in the exact same location?
How do both companies have the exact same people, address, legal counsel and get their ore from the same operations in the same locations?

Check out the info I showed over at $BMXI same people running that as here, same address in LA, same operations, same locations he’ll even the same company logo. Plus exact same verbiage in their financials. Same scam run by the same people.

Good call malc. I bailed out after split to get half my money back. Now other share holders are funked. When ever these scams go holding company get out!

WGEE was suspended by the SEC on Dec. 5,2016 until midnight Dec. 16,2016.

All SEC Suspensions are for exactly 10 market days. Thereafter the previously suspended stock can trade on the Grey Market where Market Makers are forbidden to quote the stock but they can process trades when a buyer's offer matches a seller's offer.

WGEE has hardly traded at all after the SEC Suspension expired on Dec. 16,2017 because of the extremely negative market sentiment for ALL SEC Suspended stocks.

So, although the SEC Suspension ended over 2 months ago the stock barely trades because of the negative stigma of being on the Grey Market.

We think the same. One thing that WGEE had that most of the scams I follow lack.......is a big long expose post by NoDummy. I wonder if that had anything to do with it?

I'd love to know what caused them to sit up and take notice. If we did, maybe it would be easier to help them out by bringing others to their attention. It was probably something we'd never think of.

I saw that, and I was surprised by how quick they reacted to press releases only 3-4 months old. Like you, I also have several candidates that have issued many, many press releases that are blatant lies that go back years. and, IMO, proving they are not "accurate or adequate" should be easy. A deposition, a subpoena, and budda-boommm......suspension.
