Voxtur Analytics Corp. completes C$4.4 million arm's length acquisition of Municipal Tax Equity Consultants Inc. and the acquisition of MTE Paralegal Professional Corporation by its associated entity
The purchase price for the acquisition of MTEP was C$900,000 payable in cash and the aggregate purchase price for the acquisition of MTEC by Voxtur was C$3.5 million, subject to customary adjustments (the “MTEC Purchase Price”), paid in a combination of cash, totalling C$2.2 million, and common shares of Voxtur (“Common Shares”), with C$800,000 of the MTEC Purchase Price satisfied by the issuance of 808,080 Common Shares at closing, priced at C$0.99 per Common Share, and C$500,000 of the MTEC Purchase Price satisfied by the issuance of up to 505,050 Common Shares priced at C$0.99 per share subject to an escrow hold period of 18 months[/quote]

Voxtur Analytics Corp. completes C$30.5 million acquisition of Appraisers Now Ltd.
Total consideration for the acquisition was approximately C$30.5 million (the “Purchase Price”), with C$20.5 million of the purchase price satisfied by the issuance of 28,571,428 common shares of Voxtur and C$10 million of which was comprised of a cash payment.

I like it, and I don't. Looks like they're diluting with each purchase, with issuing shares, on top of using cash. Still a very interesting play.. Especially at these levels. .16 pps could be steal. Of course this depends on a few factors. They sure have built up quite the list of subsidiaries!
