Your inquiry, on CLSI board, into the 30 time frame was from Sam Mathew. Sam is contact on 8K, when I called asking about Shemn Corp on 8K I asked him about news Nd acquisitions.

He said there have been delays due to covid and we should see something in 30 days, nothing specific. That time frame would put us into the first week of June.

Indeed they do, I have been waiting for many years so good things should come many fold.

Right now we are in wait and see mode, things will happen and update as they are accomplished. It will be interesting to watch VSBC, I would not be surprised at all to see a connection down the line.

We know Doki is involved / owns RLBY and it should be a good indicator for how CLSI will evolve. From what we know they are pursuing additional acquisitions for CLSI so this will be an interesting stock to watch.

I am excited to see the financials from Hyperion. There will be a delay in filing due to Covid. As Sam said we should see something within 30 days so lets just say by June. It would be great to have the OTC site updated before then.

I agree, Time will tell. The information I received was from the contact person listed on the press release. My inquiry was about a non material issue, Signature was confusing.

The inquiry was to focus my research on pertinent parties and not waste effort following a false lead due to an error. I could never make a connection and the more I researched Shemn Corp the less I found.

I think we are all on the same page and we will do well by CLSI someday. If you have the ability to PM send me your email and we can share information with Dave. Some of my stuff is to long to post.

(IMO), Your point is well taken, but I believe we should wait. My reasoning is this; No one can really rely on what Sam or anyone has told you because that could be considered "Insider Trading". This is fact, unless one knows otherwise.

It is my understanding that "Only press releases" could be deemed "Non Insider Trading Information".

No one here has been "Hyping" any information to follow, purchase, dispose anything pertaining to this stock or others, than trying to find DD as to what may possibly (if anything at all) be going on here. I've only witnessed bashing and research being posted here.

If the stock (companies) have no relations, then like I've stated before, each will both go their individual ways. That's all I'm saying.

Just received a response from Sam Mathew. The Shemn Corp signing was an error, it should say Clancy Systems. The error went unnoticed by EDGAR and Scott Kline.

I can see a possible explanation since Scott Kline works with both Clancy Systems and Shemn Corp.

This “Fact Sheet” attempts to research the facts pertinent to the reverse merger of Clancy Systems International, OTCBB CLSI. The RM was initiated by Liz & Stan Wolfson, of Clancy Systems international, a Colorado corporation, and brokered by Tony Nick. Clancy Systems International, Inc. is in the business of parking enforcement / automated parking systems which generate parking citations.

Clancy Systems International, OTCBB CLSI, filed form 15-D, Suspension of duty to file, with the SEC on 12-14-2009. The stock remained basically stagnant for the next ten years. Liz and Stan Wolfson initiated a reverse merger in February of 2019. In July of 2019 CLSI began trading on rumors of the reverse merger. Multiple SEC filings were made in September of 2019 by Interim CEO Tony Nick. CLSI had previously traded in a range of .001 to .009 per share, the price increased on speculation to a high of .11 in Oct 2019.

STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT

This is a STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated March 11th, 2020 by and among Clancy Systems International Inc., a Colorado corporation (“Buyer”), ARKE TECH S.A.P.I DE C.V., a Mexican corporation (the “Seller”), and Hyperion Digital Group S. DE R.L. DE C.V.., a Mexican corporation (the “Company”), for the purchase and transfer of all the issued and outstanding capital stock in the Company. Cash and Shares of Common Stock. At Closing, the Buyer will also make the following payments of cash and issuances of common stock:

(i) Seventy Five Thousand and 00/100 United States Dollars ($75,000), payable in cash to ARKE TECH S.A.P.I DE C.V.

(ii) Seventy Five Thousand and 00/100 United States Dollars ($75,000), payable in cash to Epsilon Acquisition Services LLC;

(iii) Grant of 2,293,488 shares of common stock having an agreed upon price/value of $0.043 per share, or Ninety-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Twenty and 00/100 United States Dollars ($98,620) to ARKE TECH S.A.P.I DE C.V.; and

(iv) Grant of 1,194,883 shares of common stock having an agreed upon price/value of $0.043 per share, or Fifty-One Thousand Three Hundred Eighty and 00/100 United States Dollars ($51,380) to Epsilon Acquisition Services LLC.

The thing is that Scott C. Kline filed the NT 10K saying that the reports would be filed late. Then it was signed by the CEO. Chu Pao-Chi.

I am also researching VitaSpring Biomedical, there appears to be a Vitasprings Biomed as well.

What is interesting is that there is no other SHEMN Corp. I can only find the one but the officers and China connection that has me baffled. I am still looking for a link to Doki.
