From another board. V.P. from Lockheed/Martin said Pentagon contacted company and said "depleted" situation required speed/urgency to deal with restocking parts/weapons. Mostly referring to arms, but also could me parts for aircraft. Lookheed/Martin is one of AIRIs big customers. Just a FYI. HAWK

Up from $2.71 at start of week. High today $3.08. I'll be a buyer on any pullback into the $2.80s. Just a FYI. HAWK

I've seen valuations of combined company as high as $4.50-$5.00. Need to hear from company on merger progress and new contracts with minimum 20% profit margins. Going to get really interesting going forward. IMHO. Just a FYI. HAWK

Revising my est. PPS after merger to $3.25-$3.75. IMHO, MMs will hold the PPS down until they get inventory shares. After a move to the $4.00 area and then to $10.00 in 6-12 months. Short term, debt will be a bit to the high side. Over all, the newly created company will have an enterprise value of $400-$500 million. TWT if I am right on this. HAWK

As previously announced on February 17, 2026, the Company entered into a merger agreement with Tenax Aerospace Acquisition, LLC. Value of AIRI shares is said to be $3.44 after merger. I have it as over $4.00 as a conservative estimate. I hate the current war but still support a strong defense. Need for replacement parts will soar. Support the troops, they are doing a great job. HAWK

I believe investors are worried about their refinancing of debt. A PR could come out at any time on this being completed. I expect to hear something first week of Dec. TWT on this. Numbers were as expected. Looks like all the bad news is out. Refinancing debt with falling interest rates is a good thing. Backlog is around $300 million and margins are around 18% possibly 20%. 4rh qtr should show a turnaround. 2026 setting up to be a very good year. Adding in small amounts on the pullbacks. HAWK

I'm looking for a further correction with AIRI as I believe 3rd qtr. numbers will be below my previous estimate. A drop into the high $2s could be in the cards. At least two more interest rate cuts coming. Savings from lower interest rates go straight to the bottom line for AIRI. Plus, I hear from a friend the L.I. facility is in turnaround mode. All good news for next year. There will probably be end of year tax loss selling by some. I've raised cash and will be a buyer. A bit more down now, but a big move up later this year and into next year. All, IMHO. HAWK

Lower interest rates will help small companies like AIRI. I see two cuts before year end and at least two cuts next year. IMHO, this would help the bottom line going into 2026. I've sold some of my very profitable penny plays to have cash on hand "IF" there is end of year tax loss selling. I'm looking out 12-18 months. TWT if I am right or not. Just spoke with a friend and fellow shareholder. Supposedly there will be a board meeting next week and a change in mgmt. at L.I. facility discussed/announced. L.I. facility has been underperforming "badly" per his info. L.I. lagging was mentioned in the C.C. I heard part of the C.C. Financially company is good shape and there was a quick comment about being open to a buyout. I think a merger is more likely for no other reason than the $270 million backlog. I am not doing any buying until I see if the info related to me comes to fruition next week. HAWK

Caught part of the C.C. Delays in deliveries. Fourth qtr. expected to see rebound. And key point, debt reduced. Also back log up. Now at $270 million. Short term negatives but longer term looking good. HAWK

Loss slightly bigger then expected. C.C. at 4:30. Hope I make it home in time to hear. Still, backlog is huge. Expecting a good 4th qtr. HAWK

I'm "all in" with the issuing of shares to reduce/eliminate "subordinate" debt. This will improve the balance sheet greatly, imho. Shareholders should hear the details soon. Maybe when they announce earnings and/or during the usual C.C. Also, so far, no worries about tariffs. Finally, "over" $250 million in backlog with over half "fully funded" and about a 18% profit margin indicates huge potential for a rising PPS. TWT. HAWK
