Are you talking about the technology of a standard ac to dc converter? Spectral Cast can't figure that out on their own? The technology of converting ac to dc is not covered by the patent. The only thing the patent covers is that the converter is used on the end of a bulb via a little disc.

So what technology are you talking about specifically?

The Technology is being used by SpectralCast, Inc. not for LED lights, the patent is being used under new process for circuit boards to increase the life of SpectralCast, organic network components.

Just got my newsletter from them and I noticed a new partnership with a group called Intelligent Lighting. And I quite confused why would Spectralcast partner with a company that has absolutely no track record except for a massively failed Kickstarter campaign. I bought one of these bulbs and when I installed it, it was a very very ugly yellow light. Not at all like a regular incandescent. And after reading the website for the bulb, the "technology" is nothing more than a AC to DC converter.

So what I am confused about is why SpectralCast is partnering with a technology that is only able to be used on a incandescent bulb and makes a product that does not work well at all???

It can take anywhere from a few days to weeks for your Brokerage to receive the dividended shares from the Transfer Agent.

QS888: When a company conducts a reverse split your shares are divided by the amount stated and the share price adjusts upwards by the same ratio. If you check your Brokerage account you will see that the amount of your SAEE shares were divided by 150. In all instances the suffix D is attached to the symbol for 20 market days so that all investors know that a split has occured.

Example: 7500 SAEE shares would be reverse split by the one for 150 ratio to 50 SAEED shares. If the share price before the split was (example) .0073 it is multiplied by the same ratio of 150 to equal $1.07.

Theoretically your 50 reverse split shares should be worth the same dollar value as your 7500 shares were worth before the reverse split.

However, since reverse splits of penny stocks are viewed as negative by penny stock investors the post-reverse split value of the reverse split shares is most often less than the value of the pre-reverse split shares.

Im new to the stock game and I have 7500 shares of SAEE. So I bought my stock at less than a penny so what does that mean for me now? I dont understand what happened that it went to 1.07. Did I gain money lose money or none of the above. Confused shareholder

this starts to trade again on the 12th or 13th of feb? that would be 20 trading days under the symbol SAEED. i wouldn't mine a solid press release the day the D is off to see a positive movement. Maybe in this case the reverse split will work for the company.
