The SEC is seeking to have him barred from being a CEO, CFO, Director… even buy and sell penny stocks.
He has a nice Jury case coming up, but something tells me he’s going to settle.
That’s also why Roy Watson is the current CEO.

Yesterdays action was either Frank selling his shares in calculated blocks to a buyer of the shell or to just create liquidity for himself as it looks like he’s going to have to pay back millions. But if he did sell, it was planned and agreed on as the price did not dip it grew, the shares were absorbed and held.

It can also be Market Maker Fuckery LOL!

I don't think that VNTH is listed in the trial, so I don't think Igwealor would be selling for that reason.

Just speculation, but it could be Frank selling his VNTH shares to "someone" else before his SEC case goes to trial in October.

I posted about the new lawyer a little while ago.

I do think Frank was forced to sell, hopefully there’s someone buying the shell.
Thats what we have to look forward to here.

I agree about the post from okwife. It reads like an AI answer to some question asked about VNTH.
However, the news about a court date (if true) for Frank is interesting.
The more I think about it, the more I believe that most of the volume this AM came from a prearranged sale by Frank.
Makes sense that he'd try and get some money for his VNTH shares before the trial and any consequences that could follow from that (like resigning as CEO as you speculate).
Not much to look forward to for VNTH, unless those shares are being purchased by someone who will take over the shell and do something with it.

I'm still holding most of my VNTH shares for now.

We dont care about previous CEO’s and their mishaps.

We know Frank is in court with the SEC for having used funds to finance his personal home.
He’s framing it as an investment since the company is receiving interest from the loan, at a higher rate then a bank.
I see the logic but it’s still self serving, this not very “legal” and he’ll have to pay a fine and most likely resign as CEO.

Tho recent court developments are that both lawyers are withdrawing from the case as per documents filed by defendant and a motion to stay the case has been entered till late February.

Definitely nothing happening anytime soon… I assume all is on “hold” till the outcome of the trial.
I say “hold” lightly as I dont even know what this company represents anymore… it has zero direction or plan in place since that EV charging station proposal.
