The Securities and Exchange Commission announced the temporary suspension, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, of trading in the securities of Viabuilt Ventures, Inc., (“Viabuilt”) (CIK No. 0001575975), of Reno, Nevada at 9:30 a.m. EDT on August 1, 2022, and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EDT on August 12, 2022.
The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of Viabuilt because of indicia of market manipulation and unusual market activity, including recent buy orders that increased Viabuilt’s stock price by 570% since the security’s last trade approximately six weeks priory.
The Commission cautions broker-dealers, shareholders, and prospective purchasers that they should carefully consider the foregoing information along with all other currently available information and any information subsequently issued by the company.
Further, brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Rule 15c2-11 under the Exchange Act, at the termination of the trading suspension, no quotation may be entered unless and until they have strictly complied with all of the provisions of the rule. If any broker or dealer has any questions as to whether or not it has complied with the rule, it should not enter any quotation but instead should immediately contact the staff in the Division of Trading and Markets, Office of Interpretation and Guidance, at (202) 551-5777. If any broker or dealer is uncertain as to what is required by Rule 15c2-11, it should refrain from entering quotations relating to Viabuilt securities until such time as it has familiarized itself with the rule and is certain that all of its provisions have been met. If any broker or dealer enters any quotation which is in violation of the rule, the Commission will consider the need for prompt enforcement action.

MAVT(.01)...Nevada filings updated.....

I picked up more shares this week (and over the last few months) to add to my position. SEC filings have been brought current. Nevada filings were updated over the last week (reflecting the management change, reverse split, and name change to "Viabuilt Ventures"). So it appears that everything is pretty much a "go" on this reverse merger getting completed and corporate activity should be increasing over the next few weeks/months.

Last quarterly report mentioned that a private placement is expected to occur with the merger. I continue to believe this price area looks extremely attractive for entry/accumulation, depending on some of the factors I mentioned in the post below......

On April 23, 2018, the Company entered into a Plan of Reorganization and Agreement of Securities Exchange (the “Agreement”) with Firetainment Inc. (“Firetainment”), a Florida Corporation. The Agreement will result in the merger of Firetainment into Madison Ventures with the corporation to survive as Firetainment Inc. Pursuant to the Agreement the Company agreed to issue Firetainment two hundred million (200,000,000) common shares in exchange for all of the shares of Firetainment. This issuance will result in a change in control of the Company. Under the Agreement, upon execution, Firetainment received the immediate right to the appointment of the directors and officers of the Company by the resignation of the existing sole director and officer of the Company and the simultaneous appointment of its own designee being the newly appointed sole director and officer. The closing of the Agreement will take place upon the delivery and completion of Firetainment audited statements for the period ending March 31, 2018, unless another time or date, or both, are agreed to in writing by the parties.
