Why is URHG still not trading?

Because management is poorly run.

Ugh any ideas as to why the death? to lazy to report? $ wasn't actually there as stated? Things fell through?

Ever since new management has taken over this stock has lost over half of its value. Management please give us a state of the union update.

How do we get news what this company is doing. The new CEO promised transparency but we have had no information since he took over.

I really want this stock to do something excellent...crush a huge sale, report it as well as other financials. toss a tiny dividend, shock the penny stock market...join a real exchange...not over dilute....asking too much?

Concise and to the point. I like the uplisting potential and revenue of $6.5M in 2023. Does the CEO know that shareholders are needed to increase SP? Releasing the PR on MarketWire or using the PR to communicate to potential shareholders may be a good idea for CEO.

I agree. Communication is the key. Management please let us know what is going on. We have been in the dark way to long.

Management seems to be unresponsive to share holders. No work being done to propel PPS. Some more communication would help

URHG enters Student Housing MarketPress Release | 11/28/2022

United Resource Holdings Group, Inc (Pinksheet URHG) announced 11/28/2022 that it has signed a term sheet to enter the Student Housing market and develop a platform in student housing of 25,000 beds over the next three years. As part of this plan, we will seek additional equity and long-term debentures. United Student Housing is currently working to acquire 4,500 beds existing and 2,000 beds under development across 21 properties in 11 States.

According to Peter Dauterman Working with URHG and experience student housing developers will give us the platform to build a $+ billion company in the student housing market. This is a $100 billion market and $300 million in assets is a great start.

United Resource Holdings Group, Inc. (OTC Pink URHG) announced today (9/19/2022) that we have signed an Engagement Letter with Tyra CPAs of Dallas to review our last two years of financials. URHG may access the capital markets later this year. When that is completed, URHG will engage a PCOAB-approved Auditor so that we may qualify to move to the OTCQB.



URHG would also like to announce that it has entered into a License Agreement with Santa Fe Resource Development, Inc. to market Gortons Humic and Fulvic Acid for use on row crops and grasslands in the lower 48 States, except for Indigenous Nations. The License runs for 20 years and adds an additional year; for every year the sales exceed 500,000 pounds ($17,500,000 Revenue from Gortons products), 2,000,000 acres in Corn, Soybeans, and Cotton represent less than 1% of the market and would create $52,000,000 in revenue.



Hundreds of million acres in the lower 48 states are used for row crops. Gortons has been university and field trial tested to improve the root mass, reduce the water requirements, improve the nutrient content, and increase the yield to the farmer, all while causing the carbon capture of the crop to increase measurably.
