Supposedly this is the week that the 10K gets filed. What an epic fuck up on management's part. The CFO must be let go. The CEO also has got to go. Full makeover required to right the ship. Still, I believe this stock is undervalued even with these blemishes. They will report positive earnings for Q3 2025 and they have a merger deal under negotiations right now. Hard to believe they will get the target to accept company stock that is currently trading in expert market though. And they will need to issue stock for the transaction being so cash poor. Later next week if you can pick up shares in the .01-.04 range, you will certainly double if not triple your money in 1 years time.
