Further, FPX has requested that IAAC pause the federal planning phase to maintain alignment between the federal and provincial EA processes. Collectively, these actions support a coordinated "one project, one process" approach for the Baptiste Project. The IAAC-led federal Planning Phase and determination for the need for a federal assessment included consultations with relevant provincial agencies, and First Nations to discuss ways to cooperate on an assessment:The determination that a federal Impact Assessment is required is consistent with the Physical Activities Regulation given the proposed Baptiste mill throughput;The decision was made as a customary procedural step, part of the legislated federal EA Planning Phase; andClarity that a federal EA is required supports implementation of existing agreements between British Columbia and Canada for EA and permitting of critical mineral projects, supporting the coordinated "one project, one process" approach for Baptiste.In the next step of the EA process, and as outlined in the Company's April 21, 2026 news release, FPX will incorporate the outcomes of the federal and provincial Joint Summary of Issues and Engagement into a Detailed Project Description concluding the early engagement and planning phases of the EA process. Three new awaruite target zones were delineated through reconnaissance rock sampling in 2025 with Davis Tube Recoverable ("DTR") nickel values of up to 0.09%. Work was 100% funded by the Japan Organization for Metals and Energy Security ("JOGMEC") under the terms of an earn-in agreement which provides JOGMEC the option to earn up to a 60% interest in the Property.

An all-season public road runs along the eastern margin of Klow, with a rail alignment located approximately 12 km west of the property.Crews mobilized to the property in summer 2025, and assisted by periodic helicopter moves, were able to cover large portions of the district-scale Klow Property with focused rock and stream sediment sampling. In total, crews collected 17 stream samples, and 465 samples of prospective serpentinized ultramafic rocks.Klow TargetPrevious work by FPX at the Klow Target outlined a broad zone of awaruite mineralization measuring approximately 1.0 by 1.5 km defined by surface rock samples containing elevated grades of up to 0.13% nickel-in-alloy (a targeted chemical dissolution used to estimate nickel contained in awaruite mineralization, more fully described in Note 1 below). A five-hole drill program was completed in 2012; DH-04 returned a significant result of 316 m at 0.1% nickel-in-alloy, from 10 m below surface (see October 4, 2012 FPX press release).In 2024, a 175.19m interval from drillhole DH-4 (68 samples) was re-analyzed for DTR nickel. The hole returned 290.65 m at 0.134% DTR nickel including a higher-grade interval within the current open pit shell of 194.30 m at 0.142% DTR nickel.Hole 25GM-02, drilled toward the northeastern portion of the planned open pit wall, intersected awaruite nickel mineralization consistent with grades predicted by the current MRE block model. 345.35 m at 0.117% DTR nickel including a higher-grade interval of 115.70 m at 0.128% DTR nickel were returned.Hole 25GM-03 was drilled toward the southwestern portion of the planned open pit wall, targeting the unmineralized footwall for geotechnical engineering purposes. Total Nickel analyses measure the bulk nickel content of the sample, comprising both magnetically recoverable and non-recoverable nickel.  Total nickel values in ultramafic core samples collected to date range from 0.13% to 0.37% and average 0.21%, values that are consistent with typical background nickel concentrations in ultramafic rocks sampled globally and reflect total nickel content rather than magnetically recoverable nickel.2 Mineralized domains at Baptiste are intersected by steeply dipping, non-mineralized dykes. Dykes exceeding 5 meters in thickness were modelled as waste and excluded from the Mineral Resource, whereas dykes less than 5 meters thick were modelled as internal dilution and assigned a zero-grade value. Reporting of mineralized intervals follows the approach taken by the 2022 Mineral Resource with dykes of greater than 5 m width excluded from the mineralized interval.Sampling and Analytical MethodHQ size drill core were halved and quartered, respectively, on-site using a diamond blade core cutting saw.  Drill core was sampled continuously downhole at nominal 4 m intervals except for post mineralization dikes and non-mineralized rock types as they historically have had zero grade.  Samples were bagged and sealed with tamper proof tags and shipped to Activation Laboratories in Kamloops, British Columbia, for sample preparation. Sample preparation involved crushing the entire sample to 90% passing 2 mm, riffle splitting 250 g, and pulverizing the split to 95% passing 74 microns. Analytical work was completed at Activation Laboratories in Ancaster, Ontario and included lithium metaborate/tetraborate fusion ICP and DTR Ni analysis.  DTR Ni analysis involved processing a 30 g split of the pulp through a Davis tube magnetic separator as a slurry using a constant flow rate of 400 milliliters per minute, a magnetic field strength of 3,500 Gauss, and a tube angle of 45 degrees to produce magnetic and non-magnetic fractions.  The magnetic and non-magnetic fractions were dried, weighed and the magnetic fraction was analyzed by fusion X-Ray Fluorescence ("XRF") for multiple elements, including nickel, cobalt, iron and chromium.  The DTR Nickel grade was then calculated by multiplying the XRF fusion nickel value by the weight of the magnetic fraction and dividing by the total recorded feed weight.QA/QC procedures involved the analysis of field and prepared duplicates, insertion of certified reference materials and DTR, and non-certified blanks to assess the accuracy and precision of the Davis tube magnetic separation and XRF analysis that are used to determine the DTR Nickel content.  The Davis Tube method is a bench-scale metallurgical test procedure which provides an estimation of magnetically recoverable nickel and is the global industry-standard geometallurgical test for magnetic recovery for operations and exploration projects.Marilyne Lacasse, P. Panasonic Energy also signed a co-operation pact with Quebec's Nouveau Monde Graphite.

It's just stupid that this company is trading at a $116M market cap with corporate partners like these and governmental support.

The recent hullabaloo with the first nations presents a good opportunity for entry. Tick tock, the PFS is dropping this September.

Things will get interesting this month, if all goes according to plan.

Analysts are ridiculous on this thing. Not hard to find reputable analysts calling for $1.5+ and some more amateur analysts gettin' real wild and crazy with the $10+ forecasts. Project is easily worth $1.5-$2 TODAY.

Maybe more after a couple more years of drilling and discoveries.

Watch the drilling at the van target result in an even bigger, higher grade deposit than the one at baptiste. Double the value of the Decar district from $3B to $6B. This is a Buffett level holding. The kind that holding made him a billionaire.

People would do well with this opportunity to buy more shares. Their latest offering not only left them with $21M in the bank (that's enough to take them all the way to a PFS with no dilution), but it was sold to institutions at $0.65.

How many opportunities do you get given as retail to buy at prices lower than institutions? In a couple years this is getting bought out for dollarS. The project already justifies a share price of between $1.3 & $2.5. Think about after further exploration/discovery & de-risking.

This is a nice channel it's been trading in. It's bounced off $0.6 twice so that looks like it's the new resistance.

I was looking for it to go back into the .5s, maybe retest that .55, but I don't think that's going to happen at this point.

It just returned to regular volume. It went from $0.11 to $0.84 on volume like this and it's largely kept those gains. Over 50% of the float is tied up and undoubtedly funds are starting to get into the game now that analyst coverage has started, so it isn't surprising it will move on low volume.

A pull back like we experienced this week is nothing but a buying opportunity.

Story hasn't changed. In fact, it's gotten better. So selling is completely uncalled for. This is a perfect buying opportunity. There's absolutely no reason why FPX shouldn't be sitting around the same market cap as its peers in the industry.

Their decar deposit is leaps and bounds better than GIGA, TLO, or even CNC. This should be at a minimum $1. That's agreed by literally every analyst covering the stock. Cormark raised their price target from $0.32 to $1.

I'm looking forward to an even lower dip today. I'm poised and ready to buy the fuck out of this thing.

I wouldn't be surprised if that gap filled.

Closed above $0.8 today. Real good sign, that's the latest resistance level. Should act as decent support if we can maintain it for a few days.

I'm far more interested in the story. The industrial reboot in China and the demand out of there for nickel as well as happenings out of Indonesia. The levels of nickel supply at the LME as we enter into the monsoon season for the Philippines which will see a decline in available nickel.
