i'm pissed about this one-these pricks should be held accountable. i had visions about this stock when Turdeau legalized pot. ever single one of my pot staocks is down by 80% or more. how about a class-action? we can do these in Canada. and god bless whoever is in control here now. let me know. jim

This stock is so worth betting a grand+ on. For $1,000 US you'll get about 125,000 shares at the moment. We closed up again today at +75%. Feeling very pleased with the direction this is heading having just reactivated the CUSIP after a short hiatus. The size and scope of deals this company brokered before Covid is immense. Adding more tomorrow without question.

This action is very, very interesting. I understand the appalling former CEO Shpilt has left the company and we are repositioning back to having a very exciting future all being well.
The global deals this company announced between 2018-2019 were highly impressive.

Who has experience with filing a report with the SEC? Would like to hear any accounts as we prepare to have David Shpilt and Eugene Beukman investigated. They are most deserving of prison given how they appear to have committed fraud. Attracted all the shareholders and have now ‘disappeared’. They deserve a life of hell.

What action is anyone taking to hold these (apparent) scammers accountable? The fact that CEO David Shpilt hasn’t posted an update on Sedar to explain the ticker cease indicates he has run for the hills. How can all this be legal??

The other day, I received an email from the cannabis PR mag: CFN Media Group. It was hawking the Canadian cannabis company, Red White & Bloom Inc. I clicked on a few links and found a name: Brendan Purdy, a member of the board. Ironically, WLDCF is not listed as one of his past board endeavors.
Nothing much to say about it other than Purdy seems to be jumping from one cannabis directorship to another.

I was afraid of that. I followed a number of links which brought me to the posted ICC labs link but I couldn't find any other details. Didn't mean to misrepresent. one thing clear is that ICC had involvement with Wayland group and they were a mess of Canadian cannabis fraud. The doomed WLDCF may, perhaps, pop up in a different incarnation and the unfinished link I posted looked like a lead. Oh well.

I empathize with you. CEO David Shpilt has to be the worst CEO in history of a public company having not once addressed us shareholders since he took the reigns about 17 months ago. I, like many, invested a significant amount of money into ICC based on all the impressive international deals however, nothing appears to have materialized so it seems we were totally conned. If, and it is a big if, the company is currently going through an administrative process but hasn't explained it as such to us shareholders, then we should give Shpilt and co. a bit more time however, if he disappears into the etha will our money and no explanation/remorse, then we should all report him and the company to the SEC, discuss our options with our lawyers and either way, make sure he and Eugene Beukman are held accountable for this giant scam. IMO Prison for them would seem appropriate from where we are standing (in the dark).

I am seeing a number on my Etrade account where the symbol WLDCF used to be. When I hover over the number it says Transnational Cannabis LTD COM. It may be in transition from ICC to this. We'll see. My share count is the same, but no SP.

I agree. Shareholders should contact the derelict CEO and demand he remedy the FINRA issues that caused the CUSIP suspension and ticker deletion.

Not so much as a statement from “CEO” David Shpilt. We shareholders deserve an explanation/ update having seemingly been conned into believing all the impressive international deals with multiple countries and subsequently investing in ICC.
David does not deserve to sleep well.

No word from CEO or filings on Sedar since June. Time to have the company and its CEO fully investigated (assuming the Canadian SEC will listen). Otherwise we will visit David when he is least expecting it as we appear to have no other choice.

CEO David Shpilt might still prevail. I and many other fellow investors are counting on it / him. The fact that he hasn’t made a statement since the delisting places him in the worst-CEO-of-all-time category. Spineless human being.

what a sham this turned out to be. Even after doing what I would consider a decent job trading the stock early on, with my first purchase at .34, I ended up with my final sale at .025 and down about $7400 bucks. Really gets me angry they led people on with press release after press release after press release about all the deals they were doing internationally. Damn it.
