demand for otc stocks since 2022 has dropped 95% or more due to new SEC rules, now brokers ban their customres from trading otc and pinksheet stocks that is the reason for iliquidity and broken market of otc market. lots of brokers in the retail level is banned from buying stocks that is traded inthe otc market. and that is what the people who short stocks want, isn't it crash the price to like 99% just on technicalilities, there is no market makers and buyers on otc market. just some random AI traders or trading bots now in AI. the otc market is a totally different market compared to even 20 years ago. many firms ban advisors from recommending to clients or they risk getting sued or fined. even nasdaq is now only 10 companies. it's very concentrated market now. a lot of money in a few stocks. many firms ban trading or investing in otc markets.

After the potential issuing of preferred stock, per the recent filing there could be total 16,539,667,891 shares outstanding. At .0001 the lowest price, that would be a 1.6 mill dollar company. My take is that whatever scheme that Giordano that prick has up his sleeve will result in a share price around .0005 and a lot of share movement. I'll take it, Ive got over 50 mill shares and that would be 25 grand for me, recovering a portion of my losses which I could live with. Per the table numbers, the top holders are all just over 300 mill shares with Mercadante Mr. Coach 2.0 (if I hear that term one more time I'll puke, hes a complete failure) at the very top of the ticket with Giordano, Mercer Street, BHP Capital and the boyz following right in suit. They are all in collusion to make something out of this company, that much I am dead sure of, what it is we dont know as it appears to be a deeply kept secret, no matter, we should be able to walk away from this debacle with something in hand, and it shouldnt be long at this point. Next up is the 10-K due end of March, but I predict we get resolution with news before that

Isn’t it possible that lender could be part of the whole charade and it’s just a big merry go round.

Why is this CEO making the salary he is for running as you call it a shell.

Common sense says.... 1- Debts have been settled2- Lenders don't give $$$ to shell companies if there isn't a plan in place.3- Company/Shell is clean for a RM.4- Nobody is making $$ until a deal is consummated.
