Thanks for replying Ronnie, you are right there are some companies that do inflate their own worth hopefully this wont be one of them. I have being doing well in my china picks for the last 6 months or so I am very happy with china right now. been hit hard the last few days though.
raising money through the sale of stock is why companies go public in the first place , not sure what your point is. All that matters is they use the proceeds wisely

why don't i like it ? i think China is in for a trade-down, and many Chinese companies falsely inflate their true worth.
Also it strikes me as the kind of company that will raise money through the sale of more stock. Not a subsector I would choose to invest in.

lets see what happens as always. rereading the 8K,I acually think the company has taken a stake in the shell but it might not be the company which is actually RMing into the shell.
