(“HRC” or the “Company”) (OTC: THRC), a premium Cuban-style coffee brand today announced that its Board of Directors, with the approval of the majority shareholder, has approved a significant reduction in the Company’s authorized common shares from Five Billion (5,000,000,000) shares to Seventy Five Million (75,000,000) shares.

This strategic corporate action represents a 97% reduction in authorized capital and reflects the Board’s commitment to optimizing the Company’s capital structure, enhancing per-share metrics, and demonstrating its commitment to maximizing returns for current and prospective shareholders.
