The property is situated within BC’s “Golden Triangle”, 34 kilometres east of Stewart, BC.

Highlights of the recent drilling include:

Drilling Has Begun on the Treaty Creek Property, Northwestern BC (Golden Triangle)

May 26, 2021

Vancouver, Canada –– Teuton Resources Corp. The first two drills have arrived and have begun drilling the 30,000 meter, fully funded, Phase l exploration program. Check Fire Assays Indicate 1078 g/t Ag eq over 1.8 metres on Del Norte Project Drilling

February 19, 2021 – Vancouver, Canada –– Teuton Resources Corp. (“Teuton” or “the Company”) (“TUO”-TSX-V) (“TFE”- Frankfurt) has received a report from its optionee, Decade Resources, regarding an update to drill results announced on Feb. 11, 2021 from the Del Norte property, located 34 km east of Stewart in BC’s “Golden Triangle”.

The Feb. 11, 2021 results were based on ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma) analyses. Check analyses performed by fire assay have shown significant enhancement in silver values for one of the holes reported: Hole DDH DN20-01 registered an increase from 386 g/t Ag eq to 1078 g/t Ag eq. Results of check assays for the second hole, DDH DN20-02, confirmed the initial ICP results.

Lord Nelson Property Optioned to Decade Resources in $2 Million Deal

August 25, 2020 – Vancouver, Canada –– Teuton Resources Corp. (“Teuton” or “the Company”) (“TUO”-TSX-V) (“TUC”- Frankfurt) is pleased to announce it has optioned its wholly-owned Lord Nelson property to Decade Resources. The 2,630 hectare property is situated within the Golden Triangle of northwestern British Columbia, 34 kilometres east of Stewart. It is located along a major structural break between volcanics to the west and sediments to the east, a favourable contact which is the locus of numerous precious metal occurrences on the Del Norte property adjoining immediately to the south.

Decade has the right to earn up to a 55% interest in the Lord Nelson property under the following terms:

Payment of $100,000 over 4 years with an initial payment of $10,000.
Issuing 400,000 shares of Decade on signing.
Issuing an additional $90,000 of Decade stock over a 4 year period.
Expenditures of $2,000,000 over 5 years.

Decade also has the right to earn an additional 20% interest by placing the property into production. Teuton retains a 2% Net Smelter Royalty. The agreement is subject to TSX Venture approval.

Highlights of the property include:

Grab sampling in 2019 on the Lord Nelson near the boundary with the Del Norte property yielded 0.25 to 272 g/t (8 oz /t) gold and 60 ppm to 17.45 % copper (a photo of a mineralized outcrop is attached at the end of this release).
Examination by consulting geologists working for Decade Resources in 2020 confirmed the location and nature of the 2019 sampling, and discovered more mineralized occurrences to the north, upslope of the 8 ounce, grab sample.
Nelson Creek, lying immediately to the south of the copper-gold bearing showings, is known to have produced coarse, placer gold in the 1930’s. A definitive source for this gold has not yet been found.
Geophysical surveys by Teuton in previous years indicated EM anomalies extending north from the Del Norte project into the Lord Nelson tenures. One of these anomalies on the Del Norte is spatially associated with the LG vein, a known high-grade gold occurrence with a 1.2 km strike length.
A series of ZTEM anomalies was identified in a multi-property airborne geophysical survey carried out by Geotech for Teuton in 2018. The northernmost of these is on the Lord Nelson property. Of this anomaly, Geotech’s geophysicists stated that: “[It] coincides with a strong Aerotem conductor. It lies at the contact between volcanics and sediments of the Hazelton Group. This target is stretching roughly in the NS direction over a distance of >1.8 km and has an estimated resistivity of < 50 ohm-m at depth of 300m. It occurs within a zone of complex structural pattern and represents probably the northern extension of the conductor that hosts the LG vein system. “

Teuton Outlines Plans for 2020 Work on Treaty East and Eskay Rift Properties; Update Re Planned Work on Goldstorm Zone (Treaty Creek Property) and Del Norte Property


April 13, 2020 – Vancouver, Canada –– Teuton Resources Corp. (“Teuton” or “the Company”) (“TUO”-TSX-V) (“TUC”- Frankfurt) announces the following plans for 2020 work on its many properties in the Golden Triangle of northwestern, British Columbia:

Treaty East Property

The Treaty East property is surrounded by the Treaty Creek property (Tudor Gold 60%. American Creek 20% and Teuton Resources 20%) to the west, the Brucejack-Snowfield property (Pretium Resources) to the south and satellite claims belonging to Seabridge Gold to the north. The property is 100% owned by Teuton and was acquired in a multi-property agreement with Pretium Resources in 2013. Recently, Pretium has announced discovery of the “A6” zone located due south of the Treaty East property and has termed it “a potential Eskay Creek style volcanogenic massive sulphide (“VMS”) system”. Drilling by Pretium in 2019 intersected 2,890 grams per tonne silver (84.3 oz/ton silver), 0.95 grams per tonne gold, and 1.81% copper over 1.50 meters at 187.5m depth. The geological setting has been described as follows: “a buried rhyolite dome capped by a mudstone unit locally anomalous in arsenic and mercury. The rhyolite dome is up to 200 meters thick, at least 500 meters wide and 2 kilometers long, and remains open to the north and south. The rhyolite is intensely sericite altered, hosts pyrite stringer zones, and locally hosts anomalous copper and silver values.” [Note: Mineralization as described on Pretium Resources neighbouring property is not necessarily indicative of any mineralization hosted on the Company’s Treaty East property.]

Teuton has not undertaken exploration on the property to date but is pleased that recent regional exploration developments have demonstrated VMS potential in rocks located east of the prolific Sulphurets Hydrothermal System, home to many large-scale gold-silver deposits such as the KSM, Iron Cap, Snowfield and Goldstorm, among others. The Company plans prospecting and geochemical sampling over the Treaty East property in 2020. Final 2019 Treaty Creek Drilling Results: Drill Hole GS19-52 Inersects 2.006 G/T Gold over 87 Meters with a Near-Surface Intercept of 1.004 G/T Gold over 336 Meters; Drill Hole GS19-49 Intersects 826.5 Meters of 0.696 G/T Gold Within the Goldstorm Zone


October 28, 2019 – Vancouver, Canada –– Teuton Resources Corp. (“Teuton” or “the Company”) (“TUO”-TSX-V) (“TUC”- Frankfurt) has received a report from JV partner Tudor Gold containing final assay results from the remaining five holes of the 2019 drilling program at Treaty Creek. The Treaty Creek property is located in the Golden Triangle region of BC, immediately north of and along regional strike from Seabridge Gold’s KSM property and Pretium Resources’ Brucejack-Snowfield property.

This year’s drilling program generated the best near-surface results attained to date on the project. As well as several hundred meters extension along strike to the northeast, the drilling has significantly expanded the mineralized limits to the southeast, where one of the best near-surface intervals averaged 2.006 g/t Au over 87m, within 336 m averaging 1.004 g/t Au in hole GS19-52.

The results of the five final holes are reported below. Hole GS19-49 was drilled to 960.1 m, at -80° dip, on Section 111+00 NE next to the previously announced vertical hole GS19-48, which yielded 0.725 g/t Au over 838.5m, including an upper horizon that averaged 1.048 g/t gold Au over 328.5 m. Hole GS19-49 returned equally impressive results with a comparable 0.696 g/t Au over 826.5 m and the upper horizon averaging 0.998 g/t Au over 249 m. Along the same section, hole GS19-52 (-50° dip at 115° azimuth) was drilled much longer than expected because the Goldstorm system continues at least 700 m to the southeast ; GS19-52 averaged 1.004 g/t gold over 336 meters with a higher grade core of 2.006 g/t gold over 87 meters within the upper horizon.

Drilling Begins on Del Norte Property in the Golden Triangle— New Mineralized Zones Found on Del Norte West, Fiji

Vancouver, Canada – August 19, 2019 – Teuton Resources Corp. (“Teuton” or “the Company”) (“TUO”-TSX-V) (“TUC”- Frankfurt) is pleased to announce that the crew for the 2019 Del Norte drill program has arrived and that drilling is expected to commence within two days. The Del Norte property is situated 30 km east of Stewart within the Golden Triangle region of north-western British Columbia.

The principal target of the 2019 program is the “A-2” anomaly identified by Geotech during a comprehensive ZTEM survey flown in 2018 (cf: http://teuton.com/Fig1DNTargets). The Geotech anomaly overlies a previous large and intense EM anomaly defined by an earlier 2005 VTEM survey. Streams draining the area of the anomaly flow southerly into Nelson Creek, where Cominco carried out a placer gold operation in the 1930’s.
