For me, it’s simple, as long as Munaf Ali is tied to this ticker, I’m not leaving. The scam talk doesn’t bother me. I’m willing to take that risk. High risk, high reward.

Too many people love to sit on the sidelines and bash every ticker. I saw the same thing with EdgeMode. I didn’t have much faith in Charlie or Simon, so I treated it as a trade, not an investment — and it still worked out BIG while the usual crowd kept complaining.

They filed their 10K today, right on time. They're keeping up the fully SEC compliance on this shell for some reason? Good sign, at least!

What did folks expect~? That this administration would pump a Saudi Crypto Company~?
Or that the scam, Crypto, would take off with what backing it~?
Nobody wants these data centers except the ultra wealthy.

They consume too much electricity, destroy natural resources, and also destroy JOBS.

Tech and AI are prime targets for liquidity.

Until they actually DO something with this ticker stick a fork in it.

These are the people who have the play money to do whatever they wish with tickers like this. They have not a care in the world about investors, especially retail investors. What a sham.

It’s had some weird price fluctuations recently.

They said they were in no hurry in 2nd quarter earnings conference.

All seems quiet as far as a potential US Listing. Still waiting it out. It looks like they have been active going to multiple conferences recently but I didn’t hear any mention of US listing at this point. I was hoping this was the year they were going to do it, but doesn’t seem likely at the moment. They had issues with their South Carolina site and that may have set their plan back a bit?

Looks like Phoenix still plans on pursuing that U.S. listing according to their Strategic Direction presentation. Did anyone get a chance to listen in on their earnings call the other day or listen in on Mr. Ali's presentation at the Blockchain-life conference?

Nobody's forcing you to stick around. There's plenty of bid support for you to cut and run............If you even own any shares here???

There's that .44 popping up again...

I didn't see it close at .44.  But I did see a bunch of small trades in the .40's yesterday.  Some really odd trading out of the blue.

Must've been a glitch, no sign today that it closed at .44 yesterday?

Up 143% today on above ave volume, our patience finally being rewarded???

I will go a step farther and say I like the trade winds for this shell, too. Phoenix is an IHC portfolio company. The man responsible for helping broker the 1.4 trillion investment in America is also closely tied to IHC group llc. We just agreed to start sending NVDA chips, which he helped broker tand making good on the 1.4 trillion investment agreement. You can even find Phoenix congratulating HH Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan publicly at times. Phoenix has also made their intentions clear publicly on investing and growing globally in the United States with a little bit already happening.

Aziz Ali is interesting to me as well. He actually falls in line with their more traditional vertical of Bitc mining and crypto assets. It looked to me like they was pursuing a vertical based around hpc/data centers with the shell. I base that of the appointments of Carl, Charlie, and Simon. Each have went on in their careers into those areas with Carl starting his own business in hpc/data centers while Charlie and Simon ended up building their business in hpc/data centers while using the EDGM ticker. When they appointed Aziz they also had recently made it publicly know they were looking to carve out the miners and list them for the US listing. While also started publicly revealing that they was aggressively pursuing the idea of turning the legacy site in SC into a Bitc/hpc/data center hybrid and started a crypto treasury. However they certainly haven’t tied anything to the actual shell, TCRI. It feels like a patient game and hope for the best as far as how they go about listing the cut out. Yet I don’t mind being patient with the position because it’s still owned by the right type of people, at a good time to be in their business, and in a city that also is a good place to be whether it be a vertical in crypto/bitc mining or hpc/data centers with all their contacts.

All eyes will be on this conference in Dubai at the end of the month. https://blockchain-life.com/ .Mr. Ali will be speaking, and I am eager to see/hear if he'll shed any light on whether Phoenix will be going public here in the U.S. If so, I have a feeling he'll be talking about it at this event.

Sorry for not responding in a more timely fashion (see below). Yes, I am still following TCRI and continue holding my position in the stock. Like everyone else I am just waiting to see what the future holds for the TCRI shell.

As far as I am aware the last time that someone connected to Phoenix made any public statements about TCRI was the Phoenix CFO (Sheharyar Malhi) during the 2024 annual earnings conference call around the middle of February this year. He directly mentioned TCRI during the question-and-answer section of the call. From what I can remember, he basically downplayed the connection between Phoenix and TCRI. A couple of weeks after that call Aziz Ali was appointed CEO/CFO of TCRI.

While I am not completely ruling out the possibility of it happening, I would be very surprised if any of Phoenix's physical assets (the mining/data centers) were eventually transferred into the TCRI shell. Aziz Ali's background is quite interesting, having had fairly prominent positions at both Phoenix and Cypher Capital. So he seems to have considerable experience with most aspects these companies are involved in: crypto mining, blockchain technologies, venture investments, etc.

One thing I would like to see is management get TCRI fully current on OTC Markets. It would be one less thing that retail investors would have to worry about.

I have not been very active on the message boards due to some medical issues I have been dealing with this year. Burst appendix, diagnosed with appendix cancer, three abdominal surgeries over the span of 4 months, the usual effects/complications that a person can expect after this particular type of cancer surgery (plus some unexpected complications), etc, etc.

I’ll try to answer that! An OTC shell corporation, which is a public company with no or nominal business operations, is kept current primarily to maintain its value for a future business transaction. The current filing status makes it an attractive asset for private companies seeking a fast, affordable, and flexible way to go public through a reverse merger. The good part about being pink limited is not because Phoenix Group is a financially distressed or troubled company. They quit healthy. It’s high risk because they may not do a reverse merger to list the assets.

So why would he pay $ and waste his time keeping TCRI Pink Current on a constant basis for years after the "pump"? (Although, we are Pink Limited now after the 7/1 OTCID launching).

I understand why you would say that. He did toying with the idea of using the shell but they decided to stay private. Now they sound committed to carving out some assets and listing on the US market. It’s just a matter of how they do it. You have been here long enough to know.

That’s a lie. Him and his friends were making millions mining ETH and then started mining bitcoin. That’s when he got the idea to list the US assets on the US market using the shell. Besides he would not ruin his reputation pumping a 9 million float penny shell. He has A+ connections and he has earned their business ethics respect. Besides you can look at the tape and see during the OTC run.

That guy isn't going to do anything here. He pumped it years ago so his friends could cash in, then he abandoned it. Liars and thieves are everywhere.

Ali needs to talk about going public in North America if that's still the plan.

The uncertainty has left this ticker stagnant.

I saw phoenix post that Munaf Ali is speaking at the blockchain life conference in October in Dubai. The event looks massive… Do we think he will drop news about Phoenix listing on a US exchange? Either way looks like great exposure for the company.

Bitzero has been active on social media but it seemed more like the plan was for phoenix to carve out their full mining and data center operations right? Still obviously nobody knows if they use the shell or not for anything.

Max!! My guy.. Do you still see a chance for bitzero to merge? They have been super active on their Instagram the past week. Looks like they are finally coming out soon and I know they did want to go public back in 2022. Even their linkedin mistakenly still shows them as a public company.
