I watched SWNM trade this week. Big gyrations with the price movement. A 5,000 share trade can make the price go from .0020. To .0080. And vice versa. I guess you really need to be an expert to trade SWNM. Regardless my point being that a string of buy orders could put the share price of SWNM over a penny with little effort

This stock trades as if it a fish out of water. It flaps around with no
Rhythm or direction... the .01 wall of resistance cracks and breaks when a 5000’share order goes through and these expert market makers won’t let u buy swnm
At .011 not .012?nor ,0130nor ,0140. They only allow a buy order to go through at .015. Like a fish out of water

I recall that in October 2019 SWNM was on a quotation exchange... then a month later SWNM was back trading on the grey sheets.... regardless it looks like all the trades today for SWNM took place st the stock price of .025. I hub has a quotation system for a SWNM and it showed a bid of .015 and an ask at .015

this process can not be rushed when done properly, and it is not so simple as to fill out a form

they have to produce filings, become current. update the float figures. undergo a complete audit and more

they are listed on the experts exchange. they will not come off until they are fully transparent. um, but yeah ive owned this for a while. long enough to be excited but patient. all urgent-ness has been waited out of me on SWNM. im ready for a payday too

OThe price of swnm went bonkers. I hope swnm can get that upgrade to a listing platform... swnm has to fill form number 211. That form allows the ticker symbol to be quoted on an exchange. If this gets listed on an exchange then swnm can go ballistic

GLOHAB and SWNM are not one in the same as yet.

we speculate they will be, especially considering the press releases under SWNM reference the company as GLOHAB— the new name.

an offering @1.50 could be priced post-funding that had not been disclosed as yet. or, it could mean a change in share structure, again that has yet to be announced. im still researching. but this looks promising

That said, i believe that the next piece of information that we need would revolved around IncaBlock. also, i want to know who currently retains ownership of the Pozzolan mine land permits. this mine yields a loose commodity called Perlite.

perlite comes in, mainly, two forms. a rough form for concrete (IncaBlock) and a very fine powder. the latter of which is seeing an exponential growth in demand due to the USA medical marijuana industry.

i think at this point, we sit tight and assume SWNM to be the shell/SPAC to take glohab public.

I told carjockey s the market makers were in accumulation mode with SWNM. He/she. Lol didn’t want any part because he/she had zero interest in SWNM. Anyhow. According to that latest S-1 form
Released the share structure is small and I can basically buy the remaining 40 percent of the shares that David corners doesn’t own.... bottom line is this..... if SWNM gets off the grey sheets then it’s GAME TIME. Lock-n-load

I watched the trading action for SWNM for today’s trading... it traded as high as .016 cents to as low as .0015. The management needs to get SWNM off the grey sheets expert market makers quotation onto a OTCBB quotation system...I don’t care if this starts to no bid and the ask is .0001. SWNM has a share structure of 480 million O/S. I can buy the 480 million at .0001 tommorow. Regardless the bottom line is management of SWNM is finally getting their ass into gear. I told this message board that shares were thin above the .01 price. You could see how thin it was. I think a 26,000 share buy order was bought at .016 today... but the stock had no support levels today. So it crashed back to .0015. That’s why I post every day that SWNM has to get on a quotation system. My opinion is once SWNM does get on a quotation system this stock will go bonkers like all the other otcbb and pink sheet stocks are currently doing everyday. IfSWNM got on a quotation system last year, like I kept screaming at the company to do, who knows where the share price of SWNM would be today... do davidcorea owns 60 percent of the o/s shares 60 percent is 242.2 million shares...so 404 o/s shares minus David’s shares of 242.2 milllion leaves about 160 million shares in free float. I could buy 160 million shares tomorrow and own 40 percent of this company

Filed with the SEC. the key points I liked is the share structure of SWNM the outstanding number of shares of SWNMis404,138,500. David Correa owns 60 percent which is 242.2 million shares. The rest of thevdhares are owned by IHUB members...the best part is “the company intends to apply for an OTC quotation exchange”. That HUGGGEE. ! I agree. Look at a post I posted last week... I said swnm was right on the cusp... it’s at an area where there is little resistance and little support... all the crowdedness is out of the way... if swnm had level two... you would see lots of blue sky above... I saw a trade today for approx 250,000 share buy at .0090. .. it took 5 or 6 expert mm,s to drain their inventory to fill that order today... that’s why it looks like swnm is going to go KABOOOOMM

It doesnt take much to move swnm share price... it’s got a decent manageable float... most people sold swnm forvtaxxloss purposes. There really aren’t to many people still here that were in that burst last October 2019
