Stamper (STMP.V) was a failed bankrupt shitco. They got reverse bought by a private company (BISP exploration) in order to go public. They raised 11.5million at CAD$0.20 too when going public a couple weeks ago (and STMP.V trades at $0.135 now probably cos old shareholders from STMP wanted out after halt). Old mangement from Stamper was kicked out. All management running STMP is from BISP now... This is efectively a new company (BISP) with new management, just with an old name. Dunno why they didnt change the name cos STMP was a total POS
