Crypto Partners is an emerging cryptocurrency mining company with intent to utilize solar energy to reduce
electric power consumption from cryptocurrency mining production operations. Crypto Partners has estab-
lished an initial cryptocurrency farm to provide production. The Company has procured video card tech-
nology, mining software and required ancillary computer hardware to support these initial operations.
We plan to post the company’s financial statements as soon as they are available.
