Sincerity Applied Materials Holdings Corp Reports Strong Organic Revenue Growth in Australia and Provides 2026 Business Update
Press Release
OTC Disclosure & News Service | 01/02/2026
Sincerity Applied Materials Holdings Corp (“SINC” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide a business update highlighting strong organic growth in the Australian market, continued regulatory progress in the United States, and the upcoming commercialization of its flagship innovation, Quantum Glass.
Australian Market Momentum
During the most recent fiscal period, SINC’s Australian operations delivered nearly 100% year-on-year organic revenue growth, driven primarily by robust demand across the water treatment and filtration sector. This growth reflects increasing adoption of advanced filtration media solutions as utilities, commercial operators, and residential infrastructure providers seek higher-performance, more durable materials.
Australia’s structural housing shortage, combined with sustained population growth, continues to support long-term demand for water infrastructure, pool filtration, and environmental treatment solutions. Against this backdrop, SINC expects continued strong growth in Australia over the coming decades, supported by both market fundamentals and product innovation.
U.S. Regulatory Update
In parallel, the Company’s market maker is approaching the final stages of comments review in connection with the Company’s Form 211 submission. Management believes the materials provided adequately address all outstanding inquiries and is optimistic that the filing will be accepted by FINRA, enabling the restoration of public quotations once the review process is completed.
Quantum Glass Commercialization in 2026
SINC’s flagship innovation, Quantum Glass—a next-generation, silver-infused, nanoporous activated glass filtration media—is expected to be fully commercialized in 2026. Initial production capacity is planned at 2,000 to 6,000 metric tonnes per annum, targeted at the Australian and New Zealand markets.
Based on current market pricing and demand forecasts, Quantum Glass is expected to contribute approximately USD $2 million to $6 million in incremental annual revenue, with significant upside potential as capacity expands and additional applications are brought to market.
Looking Ahead
“With strong organic growth in Australia, meaningful progress on regulatory milestones, and the commercial rollout of Quantum Glass, 2026 is shaping up to be a transformational year for SINC,” said CEO Yiwen (James) Zhang. “We remain focused on disciplined execution, scalable manufacturing, and long-term value creation for shareholders.”

Sincerity Applied Materials Announces Publication of Quantum Glass Technology Roadmap and Expansion Pathways
Press Release
OTC Disclosure & News Service | 11/24/2025
Sincerity Applied Materials (SINC) today announced the release of its Quantum Glass Technology and Expansion Roadmap, outlining the scientific foundations, scalable manufacturing strategy, and multi-industry applications of its advanced nano-porous glass platform. The roadmap is now publicly available through SINC’s new technical page, Quantum Glass: Innovative Technology.
Quantum Glass is an engineered porous glass platform created through controlled phase separation and selective leaching, enabling tunable nano-porosity ranging from 2 to 250 nm. This precise architecture produces an exceptionally high surface-to-volume ratio while retaining the structural stability of a silica-rich matrix. SINC’s proprietary surface functionalization—using silver, copper, nano-TiO2, catalysts, or enzyme-support structures—further extends the platform’s performance and application range.
The newly published roadmap outlines SINC’s development direction across six core verticals:
1. Water & Wastewater
Biofouling suppression, antimicrobial filtration, membrane protection, and advanced adsorption behaviour.
2. Industrial & Waste Gas Filtration
High-temperature stable porous media for VOC capture, particulate removal, catalyst support, and NOx reduction pathways.
3. Biotechnology & Life Sciences
Enzyme immobilization substrates, biomolecule purification, controlled release systems, and antimicrobial surfaces for laboratory and medical environments.
4. Electronics & Semiconductor Supply Chain
High-purity filtration, dielectric applications, slurry conditioning media, and nano-structured support materials.
5. Catalysis & Chemical Processing
Large internal surface scaffolds for catalytic metals, enhanced reaction interfaces, and advanced adsorption carriers.
6. Consumer & Specialty Applications
Cosmetics carriers, photocatalytic additives, and high-performance antimicrobial glass materials.
“Our Quantum Glass platform is designed for scalability,” said Yiwen (James) Zhang, CEO of Sincerity Applied Materials Holdings Corp. “Phase-separated porous glass has been academically recognised for decades, but our roadmap details how SINC is transforming this into a commercially viable, functionalised, and industry-ready material family.”
The roadmap also highlights plans for an automated manufacturing hub in Adelaide, capable of producing functionalised porous glass in multiple formats—including powders, beads, granules, and monolithic structures—creating compatibility across existing filtration hardware and enabling entry into advanced materials markets.
SINC believes Quantum Glass represents a long-term innovation base for high-growth sectors where nano-porosity, surface chemistry, and stability are critical.

Quarterly is out. At first glance, nothing too special. The company is apparently still profitable, but I can't make sense of the AS and OS. Authorized shares shows 100,000,000 but the outstanding is 1,980,091,810? Not sure what's going on here, but it looks like they have 520m less in outstanding than what OTC shows. AS count doesn't make sense to me
