BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

SEAHAWK DEEP OCEAN TECH Company is an oceanographic service company which is involved in deep water search, survey and recovery operations. The Company serves as the general partner for three limited partner ships which were formed for the purpose of raising money to search for and locate shipwrecks. The Company currently owns and operates a variety of sub-ocean equipment including an 83 foot survey vessel, ROV's (Remotely Operated Vehicles), and other specialized search and recovery equipment which enables the Company to locate, photograph and retrieve items lost on the seabed in deep water.
