So if the LaCoste facility is under construction, then they obviously are not growing shrimp in the construction area. A sprinkler system for that facility is probably going to run about $9.00/ sq foot, now that the tanks are installed. Going to need a fire alarm system along with that at probably $4.00/sq foot. You recall what the total sq footage under roof of the LaCoste facility ?

I am sure the TPC Group plant in Port Neches, about 80 miles east of Houston, thought that they were safe too, however, about 50,000 displaced residents would tend to disagree with that thought presently.

My bet, is that the LaCoste facility is not insured. An underwriter would be crazy to risk the loss exposure, unless the premium was HUGE. I could not justify the risk/reward to insure this facility, based on the obvious in the photos.

Everything in that photo, in your post I am replying to, would make excellent fuel for a very spectacular fire.

I see no indications of any life safety features/systems at all whatsoever, in any photos I am examined to date.

Scary when you think about it.

As I recall, how many days later was it that this share selling fraud caught on fire, a fire described in a national fire journal by a first responder looks like or appeared to be “economic arson”. I had a link in one of my posts from around the time of the fire investigation.

Uber you can go back to my posts the 2 years before the company went out of business. I do agree with social media posts that it is a no brainer from here. I was not a fan of this company for a long time before they went into receivership. They've spent an awful lot of money reviving the shell where buying a shell would have been cheaper. In my opinion, you'll probably look much smarter if you tell everyone to sell at 5 cents.
