On June 9, 2021 the Company acquired two substantial lithium properties in the
Clayton Valley, Nevada. The two projects, the “Macallan” and “Highlands” lithium
brine properties, are located in the Clayton Valley Nevada and total approximately
9,281 Acres. The Company issue a total of 3,500,000 shares for the claims on
closing.

In February 2022 the Company acquired the Miranda lithium project in Jackson
Valley, Esmeralda County, Nevada. The Miranda project is located roughly 20
miles southeast of the Silver Peak lithium mine, in Nevada USA. The Miranda
lithium project consists of 268 placer claims spanning across roughly 5,360
Acres, bringing Scotch Creek Ventures’ lithium footprint in Nevada to
approximately 14,500 acres.
The Company commissioned two 43-101 reports, one on the Macallan property
and one on the Highland property which have been prepared by Robert D. Marvin,
P.Geo. The reports are available on the Company’s website and SEDAR.
The Macallan and Highland reports recommends drill programs that targets
lithium-rich brines hosted within sedimentary and evaporite stratigraphy
common to the Clayton Valley which the company is currently undertaking.

Good morning tononclegeorges, I traded Scotch when it first came out on the otc.

I owned shares in most Nevada, mining/resources companies, since 2018.

I did a lot of brine companies over the last few years. I do a lot of hard rock now.

I do get updates from most of these brine companies and watch them close. Waiting for permits.

Some exciting news, hopefully the drill results come back good. By the sounds of it, the hits on two sections of volcanic claystones black annnd green, green is a good sign(but doesn’t always mean lithium concentration is good).

(CSE: SCV) (FSE: 7S2) (OTC Pink: SCVFF) (the "Company") ("Scotch Creek" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce the commencement of a gravity survey on its Highlands West lithium project in Clayton Valley, Nevada. Scotch Creek has retained Tom Carpenter, consulting geophysicist, to conduct the gravity survey at Highlands West.

The gravity survey will be carried out to map subsurface density contrasts caused by geological structures on a portion of Scotch Creek's 5,960-acre Highlands West project which lays adjacent to Albemarle's Silver Peak mine, the only lithium producing mine in the United States.

Scotch Creek Geologist, Mr. Robert D. Marvin, commented, "Our Highlands West project is situated in a very strategic part of Clayton Valley. The gravity grid we are surveying right now on the project is designed to map deeper sections of the target Esmeralda Formation in Clayton Valley. The Esmeralda Formation is the key regional host rock for lithium brine and lithium rich claystone deposits. There is abundant mapped evidence of important fault systems in the Valley. In addition to the gravity work, a detailed seismic survey is planned for Highlands this spring to map these faults beneath gravel cover, to better understand the projects subsurface geology."

Previously completed geophysics on Highlands West project include a hybrid source audio magnetotellurics (HSAMT) which the survey results outlined three high-priority drill hole targets located as follows:

At or near station 2102 to a depth of approximately 600 meters
At or near station 2205 to a depth of approximately 600 meters
At or near station 2303 to a depth of approximately 400 meters.

that the Company has acquired, through staking, an additional 159 lode claims, totaling 3,180
acres on its Macallan East project to complement its existing placer claims for the upcoming drill
program.
Scotch Creek Ventures’ Geologist, Mr. Robert D. Marvin, commented, “I am looking forward to
the upcoming core drilling program on the Macallan project, as Scotch Creek looks to put the
first exploration holes into the Southeast Clayton Bench.”
Macallan East Geology
The Macallan East project is located on the Southeast side of the Southern Clayton Valley. The
claim block sits directly on trend with outcropping, lithium mineralized, volcanic ash-rich, basin
lakebed sedimentary rocks which project towards the project area from the NNE. The projected
presence of these mineralized units in the subsurface at Macallan strongly suggests that porous
ash units, associated with these rocks elsewhere in the basin, should exist below the surface on
the claims.
In addition, Mr. Marvin, stated, “The Southeast Clayton Valley Bench is dominated by uplifted,
lacustrine sedimentary units of the Esmeralda Formation, and represents an under-explored
subsurface for either lithium brine, or claystone hosted lithium resources. Our knowledge of the
Macallan property has positively evolved resulting in the additional lode staking, to cover both
the potential to discover lithium brine and or lithium-bearing clays. The Macallan Project
indicates strong potential areas for the SE Clayton Bench.”

VANCOUVER, BC – November 16th, 2021 – Scotch Creek Ventures Inc. (the “Company”)
(CSE: SCV) (FSE: 7S2) (OTC: SCVFF) (“Scotch Creek” or the “Company”) is pleased to
announce a private placement financing of up to 12,000,000 units (each a “Unit”) at $0.50 per
Unit for gross proceeds of up to $6,000,000 (the “Offering”).
Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company and one share purchase warrant (each a
“Warrant”), with each Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share
for a period of two (2) years from the date of the issue at an exercise price of $0.75 per share.
The Company has the right to accelerate the expiry date of the Warrants (after the requisite four
month hold period on the common shares has expired) if, at any time, the trading price of the
Company’s common shares is equal to or greater than $1.50 for 10 consecutive trading days. In
the event of acceleration, the expiry date will be accelerated to a date that is 15 business days
after the Company issues a news release announcing that it has elected to exercise this
acceleration right.
