Hey people say you can trade this stock in Canada but all the so called experts can't say which specific platform to trade on.

I WOULD BUY at least a million shares just for kicks, but where to send the money?

I am sick of being told by the trading platforms that this stock is too risky for me and so they don't let me take an opening position because saei is caveat emptor and I'm too dumb to decide on my own what to buy with my own money.

Ok so what specific platform do you know for sure that saei stock can be traded on?

Can I use my USA address too?
And do I have to upload an I D?

Anybody found a platform to buy this stock on for sure?

Woah. I hope something develops here because I still have 1% of the O/S. Even .01/share will only be $650k mkt cap.

You can buy expert market stocks on Canadian brokers, but I’m not sure where else.

I see many posts about caveat emptor stocks and everyone says you can trade them on the Expert Market...


But not one single professional investor has any knowledge on what platforms allow this Expert Market trading.

No. It was quite different. But both were scams.

Obviously it was. The geologist they claimed did their NI 43-101 was on vacation in Southeast Asia. I and others exchanged email with him.

That was the beginning of the exposé. The end was the SEC suspension. And then the people purporting to be "management" did a runner...

There were no assets. Not in Ukraine, not anywhere. It was a total scam.

This stock was suspended back in 2012 for claiming they found alot of gold in ukraine wonder what happened with all that they had published a geological report and SEC suspended them over it. Are those assets still with company makes one wonder what kinda BS was pulled

True, but some custodians have still been actively picking up expert tickers even after September. It seems like the rule will not remove shells from the market, but will just make it more difficult for retail to make a decent profit of off them. I guess we will see.

Well... The stated purpose of the changes to Rule 15c2-11 was to get shell companies out of the market, so...

I guess the hope would be a custodian picks it up, but I supposed the CE makes it less likely with this one than other expert tickers.

At least with the new Rule 15c2-11, there's a greater chance of that happening. In the past, issuers like Supatcha could trade on the Grey Market. No published quotations, but some did trade pretty actively at times.

Not anymore. Seems FINRA made very clear to U.S. brokers that they shouldn't allow any of their clients to buy these stocks. They can sell only.

That's very bad news for anyone who hopes for anything good from these shells. Sure, there're a few buys from Canada for some of them, but not enough to make a difference.

That’s possible. I do wonder if an NV shell can ever really die though.

Maybe a shareholder died, and his estate is unloading worthlesss stock.

About 5 million SAEI sold at .0001 since yesterday. Strange time of year to dump losses.
