Rock Ridge Resources, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RRRI) - KC Hollmer, newly appointed Chairman and President of Rock Ridge Resources, Inc., announced today that RRRI has acquired Serenity Lodge, Inc., a California Corporation, in an all stock transaction. Mr. Hollmer is also the President and a Director of, now wholly-owned subsidiary, Serenity Lodge, Inc. Additionally, Ryan Moller was appointed as Secretary of RRRI and joins Mr. Hollmer on the Board of Directors. Former CEO Steve Rackley and all prior Directors have resigned and are no longer involved with the company.

Serenity Lodge, Inc., located in Lake Arrowhead, California, is a State Licensed Alcohol and Drug Residential Treatment Facility for men. The company is focused on helping men recover from substance abuse and providing them with healthy tools to live productive lives. Serenity Lodge, Inc.'s Residential Treatment Program provides individual counseling, group therapy, alcohol & drug education, family group sessions, 12-step meetings, relapse prevention, and the facilitation of aftercare.
