how does it go on with RRRI, I'm in Switzerland, I'm in since the old Titan Oil & Gas times....

I cannoit get in touch with RRRI, I wrote to Serenity lodge if they have any Information about the ownership of their facilitiy and if they have any contact information.

Does anyone know anything? I still have thoausands of stocks, I got a dividend, but since long time no clue what to do....

Or your broker will charge you a fee to 'take it off your hands'. All brokers do this, but read the disclaimer when they want to remove your stock as worthless where it says ...'At any later time if 'abcd' stock is traded we have the right to trade the stock on market with no compensation to this account'. or similar.

It begs the question, if the stock is worthless why even have this type of boilerplate?
So basically, brokerages are saying, you haven't traded abcd in years so we're just going to take ownership from you. If true multiply this times 100k's of accounts.

Old post, but otcm itself isn't out of date as they require and depend on the scams sending in topical data. It's the corps and scams themselves not updating otcm.

otcm doesn't care about the company or what you send it, they don't vet anything as long as you pay the user and listing fees. otcm is NOT an exchange, it's only a private advertising site for penny stock info.

Something about the company hasn't filed required reports for a long time, and trading will be limited to sales only. And selling may be subject to conditions, too, after 9/15 (I think). I dunno any of this for sure, but my broker would not accept an odd number of shares. I am left with 3 shares. The broker said the remaining shares will fade into oblivion at some point.

I didn't look, but I wonder if rrri got hit by all the robot trading by RH or whoever with the otcm computer trading assault.
If you're not aware of what I write, do a trade daily search for scam stocks like bkmp, ggci and you will see starting roughly January 24th 2021 a huge volley of scam stocks get computer traded for days, weeks with identical same second trades in groups of 5 to 35 at a time. Same pattern with all dead zombie stocks that popped out of the grave for a few weeks back in January this year. Amazing, but looks like a large percentage have gone back to the grave.

RRRI is a huge disappointment to me. I hope that the Management changes it's behavior and convinces the shareholders/traders that they are honest and hard working people. They have n't proved this for a number of years through so many name changes and reverse splits. What can I say, I still hope that this new year 2017 brings us some uplifting.

I have owned this stock since 2006 When it was Titan Oil and Gas. Only had one reverse split since then at 1000 to 1. Nothing to learn on this board. You and the others, except ok husband, haven't got a clue. The company did not make all 11m on Serentity Lodge only. You need to look at their income statement. The bottom line is this is the real deal but if your looking to get rich overnight, it won't happen. As far as the dividend. I got mine in the form of restricted shares. You should have too. I own over 1,300,000 shares.

For anyone who seriously thinks this is going anywhere - you might need to go visit the Serenity Lodge recovery center for some recovery yourself.

An "oil/gas company" goes into "drug and alcohol recovery" and brings in $11.5 Mil in a year. Do you know how many patients you need to treat to bring in $11.5 Million? At 30 beds, that's 383k per bed per year. Not happening. You wouldn't pay that much at a beachside recovery center, nevermind a bunch of cabins in the woods. And there's no way oil production was a significant portion of that as it hasn't been since I bought into this garbage in 2007.

I'm still waiting on my six cent 2013 dividend that never came. Granted I've been reverse split into oblivion and the only people who received a dividend were probably newly gifted shares to begin with.

If someone has some insight on how to get started in the pinks, let me know. I'd like to pay myself a nice big whopping CEO bonus for doing such a good job raising all that money with stock sales. Then I can continue to make up earnings reports that say how splendid I'm doing. These people have to be filing a federal income tax report - all the SEC would have to do is compare the earnings statement with the shit they release on PR Newswire and bam.....shut 'em down.

I have had a book mark on this scam sense 2007 for entertainment only. I knew this kid that claimed to be a Big Oil man, a seasoned Gold miner and a Hub Cap guy. All from a computer at his house and he was the CEO of this company at the time. His name was Clayton Smith, I am not sure what he is doing anymore but I have never experienced a person that made up stories like he did as an adult.

So I figure this is just another scam story to try to cover up the last scam story. I don't know how people can buy into a known scam just because the name changed. Any way have a good day.

And the crooks stupid useless forward splits. I've lost count. These crooks have been unaudited and DARK FORM15 scams since 2005 and scams since the mid 1990's. There's no way to verify anything they lie about.

Understandable, but as long as you know 70.00 or 700.00 per share is pre split value of .0007. You really believe there's a company here that is worth 700 dollars a share?
That's how ALL reverse splits work. Your stock is .0001, splits and starts selling at .10 but drops to .01 in days. Your account value doesn't change, you still start the new equity with that same 100 bucks worth of stock, only like 100 shares instead of a million. That means your stock is actually worth .00000001 or so now.

Reverse splits in the pinks are not about the common shareholder. Never have been.
