Hi, yeah, I like ENLC here. All the other MLP's have jumped from lows, but ENLC has not moved really at all. I expect ENLC to catch-up with others... PLUS s you say the revised divvy is 9 cents a Q, and so 9% a Q for ENLC at an SP of a $1...

So I am very encouraged about catch-up move or better here

I really almost sold this a couple years ago when it was languishing the way it was. Glad I didn't.

All I can say is WOW!! I have held this company since like '04. Divvies were ok until the last couple years. The SP has definitely dropped over that time. But with this news....wonderful!!

Crosstex Declares Quarterly Distribution and Dividend

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Crosstex Energy companies today announced the declaration of the quarterly distribution for Crosstex Energy, L.P. (NASDAQ: XTEX) (the Partnership) and the quarterly dividend for Crosstex Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: XTXI) (the Corporation) from the second quarter of 2012:

The quarterly distribution on the Partnership’s common units will be $0.33 per unit. The distribution is payable August 14 to unitholders of record August 1.

The quarterly dividend on the Corporation’s common stock will be $0.12 per share. The dividend is payable August 14 to shareholders of record August 1.

About the Crosstex Energy Companies

Crosstex Energy, L.P., a midstream natural gas company headquartered in Dallas, operates approximately 3,500 miles of pipeline, 10 processing plants and four fractionators. The Partnership currently provides services for 3.2 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day, or approximately six percent of marketed U.S. daily production.

FO Sure! Aroon shows changing of the bears to bulls, positive ADX strong lines with room to go with all signs leaning bullish even in this sluggish market.

16 xtxi 18 xtex in 6 months I think, when div start end of quarter people will be fighting to get in.

looks like maybe another big candle up tomorrow, xtxi has fallen to far from xtex.

that was a nice profit don't get mad at yourself, I first bought around 3 and didn't hang on either.

I messed up i bought at $1.20 or so and sold at $1.80..lol Wish i still had those shares...

XTXI has never been big on news, but I do hope to see something soon.

They should send out news so people remember they are a real company, vz sent out news all day and it held up the stock ok, xtxi and xtex mm's like to play these 2 back and forth.
