When I bought into RRGI I understand that they started filming some episodes of the project, whatever happened to the project? is that the reason why the stock is not yet dead? who owns the majority fo the shares now?

I'm going to give you the long answer to your question.

It sounds like you have a certificate for 10,000 old shares of RRCG, which FORWARD split on 9/16/2006 and became 40,000 shares of RRGI.

You would have to surrender that certificate, good for OLD shares of stock, to the company's Transfer Agent to arrange a certificate for 40,000 shares of RRGI, if you wish to hold in certificate form. There will be a cost to do this. The Transfer Agent can help with that (if they still represent the company, and that's doubtful, keep reading).

If your dad still has a brokerage account, you might try to see if his broker/dealer will accept the certificate in his name and help you make arrangements back into street name into his brokerage account. But the problem is this: with grey market stocks, you have a tough time finding a broker to accept the certificates to convert them from the shareholder's name back to street name. It would be nearly impossible to find a broker/delaer to accept them.

The "OTC Markets" web site is operated by the quotation service that assists with quotation of grey market stocks, like RRGI. So they are the official public source of information on the stock.

You will notice that the company is out of contact with them. So it's a what is politely called a "zombie stock" -- among the living dead (but just barely -- the grey market is the lowest tier of the stock world).

Now, having said all that, you have 40,000 shares of a stock that last traded at .0001 per share. That's potentially worth $4.00. Plus fees and commissions to trade, which makes the shares worth less than zero to you.

It's trade activity is posted at the end of each day, and is occasionally traded, unsolicited, on the grey market, with no published bid or ask by any market participant.

The commissions and fees -- the cost -- to get those shares trading will be far more than $4. And if you got them into a brokerage account somehow, you couldn't trade them, most likely, because there is no market for the stock.

In other words, the shares are basically worthless.

You could save them as a novelty item, if the certificates are attractive. That's about it.

Hi,
New here. Looking for information. I recently took over the management of my father's financials and found a certificate for 10,000 shares of stock in this "holding", RRGI. I can't find any documentation in his files as to the original price paid. Certificate is dated 2/16/06. Sounds like this has had a sordid history. Can someone out there help me with any early history of this holding and an educated guess as to the original investment amount? I apologize in advance for possibly bring up a sore subject.

I still have my sell in for 300K at .001 and another 200K at .01 (in case someone makes a real fat finger trade...lol)

I think that someone keeps selling shares just before it gets delisted just to keep their hopes alive that it's not really dead.

but it is....

I'm still stumped as to how the SEC even let it get back on the grays once they determined that the stock was never even registered. Thank god they're watching out for our best interests.

Maybe this POS will be worth something someday (LOL). I canceled my sell order on my 1.2 million shares, that I have had up at .0004 for almost 8 months at AON. Lets see what happens.

Well you know I'm a car nut I have been to Dale Jarrett school and the Richard Petty school and the Jarrett one is by far the best they actuary let you race against others and your able to pass unlike Richard Petty school that's follow the leader. I didn't know Jarrett was public but you can bet I'm going to look into it now.

You can try and see if your broker will take them. Or you can just wait for it to be delisted. Which ever way you go it will be a write-off. GLTY

I made an investment in this stock back when the few shows were on the air. I have 50,000 shares but have lost about $8000. Should I sell for a loss?

I found it in one of the Official Gazette for Trademarks published by the United States patent and Trademark Office. Here is a link: http://www.uspto.gov/news/og/trademark_og/index.jsp but I am not sure which week or month I saw it in. I know it was in the last 6 months. And to answer your other question, I don't think it will have anything to do with the stock. But I don't know much about the stock. I'm just glad I never bought any.

A Federal Trade Name has nothing to do with trading. I just read the journals and came across Reality Racing as a new Federal Trade Name. I have nothing to do with Reality Racing or the stock except I race small model cars on a 30 foot track. It's pretty fun.

What the hell is a Federal Trade? Are you connected with reality racing or anyone in the now debunked company? These shares were fake to begin with, they are phony.

I heard that someone has secured the Federal Trade for Reality Racing. Is something in the works?

The last I heard Gabe hasn't done s**t, and isn't going to do s**t.
