If they don't get current by the 28th then it will be no BID or ASK after that. The shell will sit at the price it ends at on that date till it brings it current. it can't use the shell for anything till it brings it current. Once current again will will shoot right back up

I doubt it would just let the shell go. it
All we can do now is wait or sell for a loss. I'm holding tight for the filings to start hitting. I reloaded knowing this was going to happen and I feel real good about my position right now..

game changer it is. BTC for one because it was the '1st' and has very small limited supply. After that, there are plenty of options, yes... will $RMTN come back from the coma? that's the question here.

well, website is still up http://www.bitlocation.com/ so keeping an eye there and on the whois data to see if it gets renewed. as for RMTN itself, need to see filings.. 15c211 or Form 10 which means audits...

disappointed comes to mind. guess the halt did kill them after all. nothing since mention of new management.. no filings.. nothing. and plenty of companies have similar news without an issue. i think they got screwed by the SEC in the 'early days' of blockchain/crypto when the SEC wasn't providing any real directions on what was ok and what wasn't.

i disagree. New CEO taking the company forward... old ceo is done here. I also don't agree on assessment of Tim. Where are these illegal and misleading fund raising activities? Float has remained almost unchanged in years and vol sure hasn't been there for any real fund raising. I'm looking forward to new CEO updating shareholders as well as getting filings done so RMTN can get up off the greys.

Timothy Ayre who is charged with FRAUD and has multiple charges from FINRA is still on the Company. IMO just a matter of time before the SEC or DOJ comes in and lays additional charges for his illegal and misleading fund raising activities.

New CEO = putting lipstick on a pig, it's still a PIG.

I heard back. They have been working diligently on Bitlocation and once that has reached some targets they plan to work on RMTN and the filings. My understanding is that full audits are required for the past 2 years to uplist from the greys so a focus on Bitlocation growth, sales, etc and then spend money on audits, etc makes sense.
